I'm so disappointed with this Kroger location. Despite the regularly sub par customer service and mild cleanliness, I shopped at this Kroger because it's one of the close ones with a dedicated Vegan/Vegetarian section. It was wonderful to go to a section in the store where I could get all my vegan items and not have to search all over the store for soy free, gluten free, and organic. I went in there the other day and the entire section is GONE. I asked one of the young ladies if they had moved the section. She didn't seem very knowledgeable about the store's plans (Note: you guys may want to inform your employees about plans to move things and where you're moving things to. It's part of GOOD Customer Service to be able to point a customer in the right direction). The young lady told me she thinks they're mixing all the vegan items in with the other groceries. So I have to go all over the store searching and digging through other stuff to find what I'm looking for? She told me yes when I asked her that, and said, "but I think there's some vegan meat straight back there by all the other meat." At this point I returned my basket to the stack of baskets residing at the EXIT not the ENTRANCE, and just left and went to another Kroger NOT close to me. Very inconvenient!!! There is a Kroger on Hudson Bridge that has a dedicated section, but it isn't as good as the section the 138 Kroger HAD. Guess I'll be going out of my way now to get what I need, since Kroger on 138 doesn't go out of their way to service their customers. P.S. You guys NEVER have shopping carts in the store when people walk in. The least you can do is stack the carrying baskets at the entrance instead...
Read moreCame here for my son’s medicine spoke to Vicky H otp in pharmacy. She told me my medicine would be ready @ 3pm. I arrived to the pharmacy at 3:45 while she’s dealing with another customer elderly man. Omfg Vicky was soooo rude to the point she asked the man did he have $40 in his account before she helped him swipe his card because the reader wasn’t working. He also asked him a question about his medicine her response was “do as you please”
As I walked up to the counter she greeted me and once I told her my sons birthday she immediately respond with attitude “ it’s not ready & it’s just too much medicine for us and we’re busy”
NOW ITS NEVER WHAT SOMEONE SAYS TO YOU ITS ALWAYS HOW THEY SAY IT! Vicky customer service skills were SHOT apparently. She spoke to me as if I was on the street told me I can take my medicine and get it filled somewhere else. MEANWHILE WHILE ALL THIS IS HAPPENING PHARMACY MANAGER IS STANDING RIGHT BEHIND HER ALLOWING THIS TO HAPPEN. Vicky H even asked me if I wanted to come pack my own medicine up. (Guy with the dreeds so scary her couldn’t even LOOK MY HUBBY IN THE EYES WHILE QUESTIONING
I called the GM to come resolve this problem and for WHAT?! She has no control and or power she looked clueless af. While she questioning the pharmacy manager he’s not even ANSWERING HIS MANAGERS QUESTIONSSSS HE LITERALLY LOOKING AT HER TERRIFIED OF WHAT HE JUST SAW! Best thing of the whole situation I have recording OF THE WHOLE THING!!!! Beginning to END! Thanks Vicky and Tiffany for the wonderful customer service in my neighborhood Kroger THE BEST!

Read moreThese are the worst people that work at this pharmacy on Stockbridge 138 they are not considerate of you or your money was given a meter I don't use they would not take it back I told them to take it off my profile the day before and said they would. I sent my daughter to pick up my medication they didn't have when I was there the day before they still had it on my profile and charged her for it and would not take it back the it was not opened or anything my daughter went to take the meter back they had went to lunch it was less than 10 min when she turned around after calling me.She had to go back to work and after she got off work to went back up there to return it the pharmacy said that she couldn't take it back because she didn't turn around and bring it right back which she did they were closed I told her it was their mistake by not taking it off my profile when I told them that when I was up there the day before check your bags before you walk away from the Wonder and don't rely on them putting exactly what's in your bag at the pharmacy.
