Please make an option to give (-) stars, as these establishments, with all these ridiculous encounters..... don't even deserve any ⭐️'s. So, got off from working the overnight shift. I just wanted to get a lil something to eat, nothing too heavy, as it was a/f 3 in the AM. It took three (3) staff to attempt to figure out how to charge for a grilled ham & cheese sandwich 🙆🏽‍♀️. The 1st staff, rang up the sandwich & a sm drink for $18 🙆🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ Then, walked away, not even explaining what was happening. Nonetheless, two different staff now came to the counter. Two heads together, and still, just for 1 sandwich they're ringing it up for $11, with a drink, would total to be $15 ......... what in the 🌍 is going on 2🎑 🤦🏽‍♀️. So, I then, sort a solution. But, I was told I couldn't order from the child's menu. Unbelievable........ let me get this straight....... A TO Go Order, Not Knowing Whom The Food Is For, You (Staff), "Refuse" To Put Through An Order, Because A "Child" Is Not With Me @ 3am ❓️❓️❓️ Makes Absolutely No Sense ‼️‼️ Some Businesses, Be Mindful Of Whom You Have Working For You. They Could Be Costing You A Great Deal Of Customers & 💵💶. I get a grilled sandwich all of the time, costing on average, $6 & I give an additional tip, bringing 1 sandwich to about $8, that's just fine. But, to be over charged, is not a gd business practice. Just lost yet another customer, and by your extremely low ratings, I would think IHOP would hire, train & enforce better practices. Wellllll, I won't be returning. I'm simply going somewhere else & patronize another business instead 🤗🤗🤗 Ppl R So Hungry For 💵 That They Would Steal From Customers To Make An Earning, It's Totally Absurd. Personally, I Can Wait, Go To "FIRST WATCH", Where The Food Is Much Higher Quality, Better Tasting & Where Customers Receive An Extremely Different Experience. Now, That Type Of Service, For A Full Breakfast...... Is Worth $20.

They've also changed their inside decor and updated/ fixed the seats for a much eating experience. The service and overall attitude in the establishment was much improved also, along with the cleanliness of the bathrooms. They have condenced the menu, which I think is a great thing because I'm not going through a book to find things to order, so that's an improvement itself. I feel like they definitely needed this update and to refresh the building because it seemed old and needed a much deserved facelift. I'll definitely be coming back. OLD POST: Unfortunately, the food quality here isn't consistently good or bad. The staff always seem to get my order wrong, while my husband orders complicated things and they get his right (?!?). While the food is hit or miss, the bathroom and cleanliness leave something to be desired constantly. I've ordered a variety of things here and sometimes it's great and I want to change my mind, and other times I could have made better food at home and my vote swings the other way. Needless to say, it just depends on when they have there A game cook there - which seems to be at busy times like for example Saturday morning - so I recommend getting there early on busy days to get the best experience.

It reminded me of why I haven't been here in YEARS! It was grimy then and grimy now. As for the service, we waited nearly 10 minutes after being seated before a waitress came over to take our order. After drinks were brought, we had to ask for the silverware and straws. There was a table behind us that also had to finally hunt down a waiter for service. This despite the fact that about six wait staff were standing against the wall talking to each other. As for the food, it was okay. No complaints. My husband chose this spot, but I will NOT be back until they do some upgrades. Shut this place down for a few weeks and remodel and clean.

I can't begin to express how grateful and impressed I am with the incredible customer service and professionalism displayed by Yessy (Yeny) at our recent dining experience. Her exceptional skills and quick thinking during a medical emergency alone are deserving of a 5-star review. Yessy's unwavering composure and ability to handle the situation flawlessly left a lasting impact on us.

On April 5, 2024, I entered this establishment at 6:15PM (yes, PM). I was seated in the dining area at 6:17 pm and I was the ONLY one sitting, yes, I was the only customer dining in. The server took my order at 6:20. At 6:30 I still haven't received my food. She brought my food out around 6:37 as soon as she placed the food on the table I immediately felt the pancakes and said these are cold, I touched the eggs and hash browns and they were also cool; I asked, how is it my food is cool, not warm and I am the only one in here, no answer, she asked if I wanted them the remake it, I stated no and politely left. Ten minutes later, I called the store and asked for a manager, I was placed on hold for a few minutes. Someone picks up the phone and says "hello" I asked her for her name, and she stated Rayna, I asked her what her position was she stated "Waitress" so I told her I asked for a manager, Rayna stated no one was there and that a manager will be in around 10:30 pm I asked for corporates number, she placed me on hold, came back to the phone and gave me (470) 406-8378 I thanked her and hung up. I immediately called the corporate number she gave me, and a gentlemen answered the phone "Hello" I asked who I was speaking with, he stated, Angel, I told him this number was given to me by Rayna when I asked for corporates number, I asked him was this corporate, he said this is IHOP. I told him I didn't feel that this was corporate, so I thanked him and hung up. I did google corporates number. This type of behavior, incompetency and dishonesty is unacceptable and should be addressed immediately. If a customer calls and ask for a number, either direct them to google or just say you don't have it and NOT give another person or employee cell number for them to pretend to be someone in the corporate office.

I did call the store back around 10:24pm and asked for a manger. I spoke with Jermaine W., I asked was he a manager he said yes, I asked if there is not usually a manager at the store during the hours of noon and 6pm, he stated one leaves around 2pm. I asked him why my food was brought to my table cool, and I was the only one in the dining area, he stated "I have no idea" I thanked him for his response and told him I will be calling corporate with rest of...

My family and I decided to go out for a nice dinner last night, as my mother is moving to another state today. We arrived at IHOP around 8:15. 5 kids 4 adults, the waitress took our drink orders and said she would be right back, fast forward another 20 or so minutes pass by and then she comes back to ask if we were ready to order. We ordered the kids food at that time and reordered our drinks as we had still not received them. Another 15 or so minutes later another server came to our table with our drinks, and again took the whole parties order (including the kids again) and said she would be our server. We waited patiently for our food, we understand 9 people is a lot to cook for. A little while later we asked for refills and after about 15 minutes 2 people from our party gathered our cups and took them to the waitress station and got us refills. Our new waitress comes out and informs us that she wanted to make us aware (before she entered our food order) that the cooks were not used to this amount of service they were "weaker shift cooks" and it could take up to ANOTHER hour for our food to arrive. At this time we had been in the restaurant around 2 hours. Fortunately, our food started coming out one by one, starting with 3 of the kids' food orders, 10 minutes later the other 2 kids, and half of another orders pancakes, then an omelet. 10 minutes later, all food was out except mine and all 5 kids were completely finished with there food, now ready to go and getting restless and tired. When I received my food it was cold and was missing half of it I was informed they were out of corn (I didn't order corn but mashed potatoes and red potatoes), so I asked our waitress to take it, we received our check at 10:45, waited until almost 11:00 before we could pay. This was by far the absolute worst dining experience I have ever had. I sadly had a sandwich at home for dinner last night. The staff was rude (Aside from the manager, as she had just came in) and obviously, undertrained, the store had many dirty tables, and sadly there were only 3 or so more parties in the restaurant it was all around unacceptable and very...
