Went with a party of 11 on a Saturday night. I knew it was going to busy so when they told us an hour wait, we were more than fine with it. After an hour I went to the hostees stand and asked for an update. She pointed to a table with 10 chairs and a separate table beside it with 4 chairs and she said it's set up and ready to go I'm just waiting for the ok to sit yall by the manager. I said ok. 30 minutes later I went back to the stand after I saw a party of 4 that got there after me being sat at the table of 4 next to our table. I then asked why they were being sat and I wasn't? She said I would have to speak to the manager. So when the manager walked up I asked him what the hold up was for me to be sat down? He told me he didn't have a table for me yet. I then showed him the table and told him what the hostees said. He told me he told them not to tell me they had a table ready for us and they shouldn't be telling me a table was ready. He stated the kitchen was backed up 45 min on food and didn't want to sit us and not be able to order food. I then asked why the table of 4 was being sat then and he had no answer besides he told the hostees not to sit anyone and they shouldn't have. I then asked can we be sat down then if we didn't order food so we could at least sit down since we were already waiting an hour and half at this point and we had kids. He said wait. 15 more minutes pass and a total of 1 hour and 45 min of wait time and he finally tells the hostees to sit us down at the table for us if they think they had one for us. We got to the table with not enough chairs and I told the hostees there wasn't enough chairs how were we suppose to make it happen and she became snappy and told me to talk to the manager. We pulled chairs from another table and made it work. We ordered immediately and food was out before the "backed up time" the manager stated from the kitchen. Read moreTonight we came in a party of 9 to celebrate our Xmas friends dinner. Very bad experience. We have always had great service at the Kennesaw location, but tonight it was just horrible. As our usual we order some lemon drops. Once they arrived at the table they had a funny smell, we took a small sip they were disgusting unfortunately 2 friends had already taken the shot to late to spit it back up. We let Olivia our server know they didn’t taste great. She did mention that she gave us the cheap lemon drop a little confused cause even if it was cheap vodka a lemon drop is a lemon drop.. that she would get us the local. The 2nd attempt came to the table they still tasted disgusting 🤮. I did get up and spoke with the manager Mark to let him know it was the second time they brought us the lemon drops and still didn’t tasted good. He did say will take all 9 lemon drop from the check. We are not trying to be cheap or anything to be clear. A few minutes later my husband wanted to order a few more shots and Oliva said that she could only sale him a shot or beer since that was the law to sale a shot or a beer every hr and order of the manager. So he went ahead and got a beer and my friends husband order the 3 shot with a full beer served on the table. We were confused at this time we have been to this place many time never really had this happened. Especially ordering a beer and several shot at the same time. The hubby went up to the bar and was served a beer with no questions 💭 In November came in to celebrating a birthday. My husband sat at the bar as we waited for a table with his friend and with in less than an hr they were served 4 shots and beer 🤔. I understand the restaurant business. Read moreMy girlfriend and I decided we would check out Twin Peaks for the first time together for a fun little date night. We were seated fast, and greeted fast... but from there it went downhill. We placed our food and drink order within 10 minutes. It took 15 minutes to bring LEMONS to the table. Our server forgot to bring back my ID after scanning it because she was too worried about other tables. My girlfriend's food was messed up, and it took our server 10 minutes to check on our food. We watched her walk by our table 5 times without even looking our way. We watched her be warm and welcoming to other guests, but apparently we didn't meet her standard of a quality customer. She even double charged us for their mistake! Make sure you check your bill before handing over your card. At this point, we asked for the manager, and he was not interested in hearing what we had to say. We explained that we work in this industry and know how it can be, but the service was inexcusable. He then scoffed, got offended, and dismissively told us the bill is comped "because we had such a horrible time" (keep in mind we never even asked or wanted anything comped, we just wanted to share our experience). Just a very immature way to handle this situation as a manager. As I was leaving, I accidentally knocked over a barstool (it was very light and just tipped over as I was getting up), and I attempted to pick it up and the same manager rushed over to me and snatched the chair out of my hands as I was picking it up as I apologized and said I would grab it.
