Town Center Plaza — Local services in Kennesaw

I went to this pho place with my family and overall the food was good, but the service really disappointed me. The guy who took our order didn’t write anything down and clearly didn’t remember what I ordered. I waited a long time for my appetizer, and when I finally asked about it after receiving my main dish, he just said, Do you still want it? with no real interest. I was like… what? Of course I do, I ordered it!

After that, he barely checked on the table. I even had to go to the bar myself to ask for utensils. Honestly, he seemed very uninterested in providing any kind of service. I don’t understand how someone with that attitude is allowed to serve customers. I came with my family to enjoy a nice meal together, and that kind of service just...

This place was very confusing on ordering food. Food comes out on electric sliding rail with your food on it. No waiter or waitress to really ask questions about tje food. If u asked for a fork they looked like u were bothering them if they had to go get u 1. I don't eat with chopsticks but they had no forks on table to even have option. Way to expensive and everything was ala cart on that crazy electric thing that brought your food. Won't...

Fantastic plaza with lots of great stores! I was like a kid in heaven having the Homegoods, Marshalls and TJ Maxx all individual stores right there. There were a couple of restaurants, beauty store businesses, along with other good stores. It provided a great shopping experience! There was plenty of parking too.
