Okay so I usually donât even do these but for this I had to. There is a general manager named Natasha Tomas at this location. Nastiest woman Iâve ever met. First, I ordered a crispy chicken blt No drink No fries. This lady charged me for not only a large drink but also a large fry. When I talked to her about it and explained that I didnât want that she said it would take too long to do the refund. I said okay cool. She offered me a super small frosty instead I declined because Iâm like why would I pay for a large drink and get that small frosty. So I got both and left. But as I left I realized the sandwich had cheese on it. I donât eat cheese and didnât know it came on the blt because itâs not advertised like that. So I came back immediately and asked for a refund. She starts remaking the food. I said no mask I just went my money back Iâve already been on break for 45 mins. She said Iâm not giving you your money back because you made the mistake. I was a manager at Zaxbys for 7 years and had never even thought about not giving someone their money back that asked for it. Especially if they bring the food back untouched like I did. Completely unprofessional and really uncalled for. I donât get upset easy because Iâm 6â3 300 pounds Iâm a big dude I donât want nobody callin the folks on me. But this was ridiculous. And whatâs makes it worse is that she is an older black woman. I know I canât stop people from going there but I just wanted to share my horrible experience....

If you really want to have a terrible experience then go to the Wendys on Alpharetta Hwy & Bethany Bend in the Publix shopping center! 30004 THAT'S a Wendys to complain about. And their NEVER busy! The McFarland location is one of the best Wendys I've ever been too, and my family and I are fast food junkies. We know a thing or 2 about fast food. đ I come to this Wendys because of the people that work here and the environment! I would say NOT to expect to go in order and be out within 5 minutes of you've come between 11:30 to 12:30 ish. They are so slammed between this time so be patient because they have some of the hardest workers in an restaurant/fast food facility. The people always greet me with a smile and actually know what I want, and how I want my food cooked. I have a picky eater in my family and its hard to get a fast food place to cook the way we want it, but NOT at this Wendys. The day manager Saoul (Sorry of I screwed up the spelling) is a delight and so is the cashier that I usually have take my order. I always go when they open so I don't have to wait long for my order. Aside from the fact that they hire immature people who are just there for a paycheck and don't care to treat people with kindness and respect. Even worse management does nothing to hinder their employees from continuing with bad behavior. So I blame this on bad management corporate is no better. Wendy's has had the most outrageous prices on their food for a long time and there's no sign that it's gotten any better. Your food is good but not good enough to pay $10 for a burger. If I pay that much for a burger I'm going to smile as I'm eating it and sorry Wendy's you don't do that for me. You could start by hiring people who have respect for the customers that come in. Have a better attitude. No we can't please all customers and some customers can be grade a a**holes, but regardless there is a way to be professional and not tolerate it at the same time. I used to eat breakfast when they had the $3 breakfast. Unfortunately that $3 breakfast is now more like $8 breakfast and not worth it.
