Horrible customer service related to mobile order App. Management was very rude to me when he couldn't fix problem with his order system.
Placed order by app. Went to drive thru. It took over 10 mins to go 1 car length and state I have a mobile order. When I get to the widow to pickup my meal the clerk said we have your order, we see you paid but don't know what was ordered because they system only showed order was paid.
I explained that this was not my problem as I have paid for me meal thru the app and I can prove it. The manager "Sheley" lost his temper with me informs me their system isn't "telling us what the order is. ..just that you paid. and I don't know what to do." When I show them the order on my phone he became belligerent I was told I need to leave and contact someone. Before slamming the takeout window on me I was given a 1-800 for Wendys. When I called Wendy's corporate number to complain I was told I will have to wait a couple of days for their system to see the order was not picked up and will refund in a couple of days. They did not address my issue.
This is the second time I have had a problem with on-line ordering. I don't trust it anymore and I don't recommend this location because service is horrible and they expect the customer to fix their issues on their own by calling...
Read moreI went through drive thru and placed my order and when I pulled up to window to receive my food the young boy was rude and looking at me awkward handing me my bag with a look of discuss on his face. I was very kind and greeted him rather him greet me and he continued to be awkwardly rude. I pulled of and stop in parking lot to give my 2yr old her food and beverage when realizing that he gave us carbonated drinks mixed with punch and our fries were over cooked very brown and crunchy. I got out to go in and just get my own drink from lobby but door was locked just before 9pm and I then approached the gentleman and his 2co workers who were staring and laughing from the window. The all walked away and hid ignoring me and giggling as one of the employees took his phone and visibly held it up to record me as he ducked behind equipment. Then I got back in my car and drove back through drive thru and the girl employee stared at me and refused to help me. They all continue to laugh. Read moreI went to this Wendy’s and the first issue I had is that they could not give me a receipt. This was an inconvenience, but I overlooked it to start. Next, after they had charged my card, they said that they did not have the dressing that went with my salad due to it containing peanuts. I was not told that prior to my order, so I had to settle with dressing that did not go particularly well with my salad. Once we left, my girlfriend found that there was blue cheese on her salad when she specifically asked for no blue cheese. And, we found that we were not given utensils (salads can be difficult to eat without utensils).
I called customer service and spoke about my issues. I received a call a few hours later from the general manager. He had a poor excuse for every issue that I had and told me that I could come back later today or tomorrow to replace my order, but that I could not come back after that due to them renovating the restaurant. He was completely apathetic towards my complaints.
