I purchased a key tag for the little free frosty's back in June. I did not receive it. So I called the next day and they said I could come and get it. I was not able to make it back over there until last night. So almost a month. However; I wanted it because I bought it for my grandkids. When I went in to the store, the cashier asked me what I would like. I explained it to him and had my receipt and he went to get the female manager or supervisor or whatever she is and she walked up to the front WITHOUT SPEAKING TO ME and he gave her my receipt and she proceeded to walk to the back to get the lady that worked the drive thru that day to come up. She never looked at the receipt including the date. So the drive thru person said I can't remember that far back. I agreed with her and said it was no big deal, I just wanted what I paid for. KEEP IN MIND THIS SO CALLED MANAGER, NEVER EVER SAID A WORD TO ME AND HAD THE ODACITY TO HAVE AN ATTITUDE!!! REALLY???? I don't care if it only cost a dollar, it's my money and I work hard for it! So, THIS INCIDENT JUST CANCELED ME EVER EVER GOING BACK INTO THAT STORE. OH AND BY THE WAY THE STORE HAD A REALLY BAD SMELL!!!!!!!! Read moreOne evening I had drove over to Wendy nearby me to get something to eat for $15. I pull up to the first window to make my payment, keep in mind I have money in my account. I give this young brownskin/darksin black girl my card to make the payment, she tells me it declined. I tell her no worries, double check my account, I have more than enough to pay. I use my card again, it declines. By now, I've already used tap and pay from card and phone but did not use my card chip or swipe. I tell the lady to cancle the order because my card isn't working and I have money. I remember there is a atm 2 min away, before I can tell the lady that "hey I'll go get some cash at the atm", this girl bust out laughing with the other employees looking at me from the other window. After that, I left went to get cash, drove to McDonald's where surprisingly my card did not decline. The unprofessionalism amd immaturity displayed by that young girl was beyond ridiculous, making me feel like something was wrong with my card not knowing this was their system acting up. Read moreInstead of waiting in the drive-thru on my very short lunch break, I decided to go inside and order my food. There was no one in line, so I thought that I would be in and out...so, I ordered a full Caesar salad..and even though the cashier and I discussed several times that I wanted a full salad and not a side, she still charged me for a side Caesar. Which, whatever..however, I stood there for a good 15-20 minutes waiting on ONE SALAD and while waiting, I listened to the make line cook tell the cashier that my salad wasn't showing on her screen. A few minutes later, the shift manager came up front, asked me what my order was...went in and changed it to a full salad and told me I now owed $2.34 more than what I had already paid. While I was talking to the manager, the cashier walks right behind her, grabs a HOUSE side salad out of the cooler and brings it up to the front and says "but, I have your salad right here...." At this point, I had been inside the restaurant for 25 minutes. I told the shift manager for a refund. I got it and left. So now, I get to go back to work without eating. I will never go back to...
