Haven't got my food yet so I'm not sure how that will be but if it's anything like the service it should be awful. Came in and it was completely dead, one person sitting there eating. A few people came in after me BEFORE 9 when the lobby is open. The cashier made sure to repeat as every customer came up to the counter that "this is getting annoying, these customers have been non stop all night, we need to lock the door, this is aggravating, etc..." sweetie it isn't that busy and this is your job! This was extremely off putting and the people who came in behind me got their food first AND THEN I was made aware there were no potatoes after i waited for my simple order for 20 minutes. Then she acted like it was a huge inconvenience to have to refund me for the item they didn't inform me they didn't have until I had been standing there waiting forever. Oh and all the while I can hear the employees in the back staring that they don't have time for this **. Um if you don't have time for YOUR JOB OR IF ITS SO ANNOYING GO HOME, WHY ARE YOU HERE. THIS IS LITERALLY WHAT YOU GET PAID FOR AND THERE HAVE NOT BEEN MORE THAN MAYBE 5 CUSTOMERS THE WHOLE 20 MINUTES I HAVE BEEN HERE IN THE LOBBY! AWFUL EMPLOYEES WENDYS! oh and I'm still standing here waiting for my two burgers fries and 4 nuggets and my refund so it's going on over 20 minutes now! Read moreMy daughter and I went to Wendy's this evening for a Frosty the line in the Drive-Thru was wrapped around to the entrance that we went inside it was just as busy inside but there was only one woman working the register but she was amazing efficient and polite she acknowledged every person that came into the line when it came to us I asked her so I could speak with her manager and tell her what a great job she was doing it turned out she was actually the manager of Wendy's this time of year especially working and serving the public can be very stressful but this manager stays cool calm Collective and got the job done not only did she do the job incredibly well she was very friendly and concerned about all the customers she was serving I yelled out to the customers who were eating dinner or waiting for their food and ask them for a round of applause for this amazing young lady doing the job of three people with a smile on her face everyone and their restaurant claps and shouted her name it...
Read moreLocation has a sign saying drive through only so atmospher gets a 1 star. Their food is old and gross. Fries were so old u could snap them in half and cold. Drive through took forever even though it's drive through only, try and make that make sense. Employees were all gathered around the drive through window talking and playing not working on people's orders. Asked to speak to a manager 3 times and never got the opportunity and u can't go back for a refund because the lobby is closed. You would have to wait 20 min in the drive through with one car in front of you. Frosty machine is broken so can't even get that and on top of that this franchise owner is horrible and increased the promotional deals by 1$ so the 5$ biggie bag is 6$ and they added a 50 cent charge to the drink. So my $5 dollar biggie bag was 7$ and my food was uneddible and there's nobody to complain to. If I had the power to shut down this location I would but this bad review is all I can do.
