Very poor service, we ordered an iPad through this location, we were told that the smaller size (256g) we wanted was out of stock and it would take “over 2 months to be back in stock. Due to needing one for business matters, we decided to upgrade to the 512gb iPad after we were told that “there are plenty in stock and we will get it in store in two days from the warehouse.” Well two days later and only reason we were told was “it must have missed the ups shipment today, it will DEFINITELY be in tomorrow on the morning truck.”. On the third day I called in at 12 expecting that the “morning” truck un loaded its truck load shipment to the store and that they had plenty of time to sort through it. I was wrong. Still no iPad. When I asked for a tracking number for ups to get an update from them about the estimate of delivery. They magically had no tracking or shipping information, yet they had a confirmation that it was shipped... skepticism aside after trying to talk to another associate to help me understand, to no avail, I became frustrated and decided to try again tomorrow that it was not worth getting upset over.. On the fourth day we got a notification that the iPad was now out of stock and we had to wait 4weeks (keep in mind we got the bigger iPad to get it quicker so we didn’t miss out on business opportunities) after calling the store back and asking for an explanation. The very same sales person who up sold us and gave us his word that they had them in stock. Told us that it took 4 business days for their inventory system to update, that they had no control over their warehouse. And if I wanted the iPad I would just have to wait like everyone else who has to wait. Officially upset ask to talk to the manager and explain where I felt was mis lead or misinformed. All he had to say was “It’s not his guys fault, they can’t predict the sales needs, and that there were NO IPADS IN ANY STORE IN A 100 mile radius of his store. But if I wanted one that I could drive there and get it myself” Magically i just called corporate Verizon and within 10 minutes they were able to resolve the issue and order an iPad and got it started in the shipping process and provided me with the shipping information needed... in the end I would have to say. If I was told accurate information from the start I wouldn’t have such a bad experience, I would have worked with them to a resolution.

Read moreI previously had been with straight talk and switched over to Verizon. The day I signed up the customer service rep took a few hours to get me signed up and charged us wrong. He told me I wouldn't have to pay a thing down today. At the end he randomly was like that will be $167! Which was fine but I was told nothing was due today and after he spent 3 hours setting me up I was over it and just paid. 2 days after I had to return to Verizon but I went to a Dalton location and had a different guy look into my account. Turns out Emmanuel at the Calhoun location signed me up for more gigs than we agreed upon , he over charged me what we agreed on. We agreed it would be 119 dollars a month . To my surprise he signed me up for 160 account. The man also sold me on the new droid Moto z phone and the only reason I went for it was because he sold me on the fact that the phone was shatterproof and wouldn't crack.5 days later I dropped my phone I went back to Verizon and turns out he lied to me the phone isn't shatterproof and I had to pay 150 more bucks to replace the phone. Whenever I have gone to the Verizon store in Rome Ga, I have been totally ignored for the most part until I finally gave up and left when they turned and walked away when I attempted to corner them! The last time I went in, every representative was gathered in the corner having a really loud, comical talk amongst themselves and were elbowing each other as to who had to get up and come help me! The Very unfriendly one chosen very quickly told me that he couldn't get my phone fixed cause they didn't make them anymore, so I told him I was interested in upgrading or purchasing a new one and he told me that "any phone in the store is gonna cost you at least $800 to purchase it today"......! He then put his hand on my elbow to assist me to the door so that he could get back to the party in the corner. My phone is now completely unusable, but I am going somewhere else where at least they might act like they actually...
