I decided to completely bust my iphone15 pro screen and need it daily for work. I went in to Phone Lab and they helped me right away. Because of the type of phone that I have they had to order a screen. The employee was busy doing something else so he told me he would promptly send me over an invoice and once the invoice was paid, it would be ordered. I went in on Thursday and he put the new screen on in 10 minutes. Unfortunately, there was a malfunction with the screen they had ordered so he placed another order for a new screen, and it was replaced and fixed by Monday with no additional charge and a free screen protector thrown in. Read moreWe have used Phone Lab twice now. My wife works from home and had a very important Zoom meeting and her laptop just gave out the same day. Of course always at the right time, lol. We explained our situation and boom they had it fixed in time for the meeting. The other time they solved the problem over the phone. A lot of businesses would make you come in and use your gas and then want you to pay for a simple fix, not these guys. I asked about the screen warranty since my screen had a white line through the bottom since the day Connor replaced it. I also came back to speak with Connor about the settings saying the replacement parts weren’t APPLE PRODUCTS, and you told me it was normal even with y’all being “Apple authorized”.
