Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Georgia

Don’t go to this place. I went there for an interview and one of the workers asked if I was picking up I said im here for an interview, she walked off so I figured she was going to get someone. And then apparently the “general manager” was there but she was busy taking care of a customer. She then asked if I needed anything I told her the other coworker took care of me and she wanted to put out “im the general manager” I don’t see why you needed to put that out but I said im here for a interview, she then walked off and came back saying have a nice day, I didn’t know what she meant at first she asked if I needed anything else I said im here for a interview, and she said I was rude to her and her workers, ??? When was I rude?? Like what, im not sure if she wanted to dismiss me cause I didn’t talk to her first but girl you were busy it would’ve been rude if I interrupted you while you were taking care of a customer, or she thought I was rude cause the fact on how I look. Like my face features like judging me cause how I look is literally crazy. Now I don’t even wanna bring skin color in this but it’s most likely cause the skin color I was. Leave that racism back then this is a NEW year. Your acting childish judging people how they look let alone how they can’t even control how they look cause that’s how we’re born. General manager at that age and you acting like that?? Grow up. Literally. Or it could be the other co worker thought I had a attitude and wanted to snitch, like ma'am it is 10 am why is there problems...

Saturday was my second and last visit to this location! First visit was one month ago. I ordered 2 orders of wings with no sauce and 2 orders of the potato chips. Needless to say the chips were good, but the wings were extremely dry. After spending over $20.00, I was not impressed and highly disappointed.

My second and last visit was this Saturday, 10/3/20. I decided to try one more time in hopes that I would not be disappointed again! I ordered a Zaxby’s Zensation Salad with dressing on the side, 2 orders of chicken strips, and 2 orders of the potato chips. I had to pay for the ranch dip for the chicken fingers and chips as I was told that it did not come with the meals. When I arrived home with my meal, the salad was unrecognizable, dressing was put on the salad, and the chicken and spring rolls were over cooked, practically burnt. Both orders of chicken strips were dry. After spending $27.00, I was furious! How do you charge for dip that should automatically come with your food? How do you put dressing on a salad when the request was to put it on the side? How do you serve over cooked chicken and spring rolls and feel okay about serving these items to your customers? I know that there is a pandemic, but this was utterly ridiculous and unacceptable. Had the store been open, I would have returned the food and requested a refund, but after sitting in line for 30 minutes it would have been counter productive! Shame on you Zaxby’s Riverdale, GA...

Let me be as specific and clear worst service I have been through at zaxbys. Today May 15th 2017 I went through the drive thru At the zaxbys on highway 85 at 2;30pm no one infront of me nor behind. Come up to the window and was greeted " order when your ready" really???? Ok so I ordered the buffalo Wing 5.. now I was going to ask the young lady some questions however she Rudely cuts me off... with irritation I just stated I wanted a Dr Pepper .. then she stated "we out of dr Pepper is coke coo? At this point I'm bothered.. so I responded with a attitude.. then another voice comes on. I pull up the young lady opens the window mugs the hell out of me .. then snatched my 20... bill. (Now I hope the lady who snatched my money is reading this because you were rude and need some training ) i'm pretty sure you all would know who I am because I just left .. pulled over and called to see who I needed to speak with to make a serious complaint. I'm a manager my self no way form of fashion you all should be conducting yourselves that way. It was un professional ... and I will not be at that store. I would advise any one that goes there to go in or I guess pull up and ask them are y'all having a good day ...do better zaxbys in...
