I love papa johns pizza. I’ve always had a good customer service experience and the food is always good but I’ve never experienced service like I have at this location. The first time I had my pizza delivered and was surprised to discover that I was missing a drink I ordered and that although I ordered extra cheese, there was a portion of my pizza missing cheese and topping. I don’t hold grudges. I thought maybe it was just a bad day for them or maybe the driver didn’t lay the pizza flat. The second time I ordered I decided to pick it up from this location. The service rep at the counter was a little stand off-ish, not rude but not friendly. She didn’t welcome me just approached the counter. After mentioning my name she brought my pizza but I didn’t have my drink so I turned around. Again without saying anything she pointed to the drink machine. When I got to my car my seal was loose and upon checking the contents, again, I found that my extra cheese pizza was missing cheese and topping on a portion of the pizza.
Unfortunately I won’t be visiting this location again. Although I love Papa Johns and this is the closest location to me, I’d rather drive a little further for a better prepared pizza and better service. So...

I left work @ 7:30 in Douglasville , Ga & arrived @ Papa John's location about 8:45 pm to pickup the pizza that was supposed to be delivered. I think this is very unprofessional. The associate who she talked to on the phone was rude and unprofessional. The delivery address was less than five miles away. I drove across town before the pizza was delivered. I just don't understand how it could take three hours for a pizza to be delivered less than five miles away from the store location . Whoever she was talking to at the store there story keep on changing. They didn't even offer any kind of discounts on your next purchase or give an 2 liter drink for the inconvenience. Read moreThey wouldn't give me my wings or my money back because it wasn't in their system even though the transaction was completed and I had proof. They ultimately said that I would have to dispute the transaction refusing to refund me or give me my order. This would be the second time that they have robbed me of food. I will not ever go back and this is why they have such bad reviews as they have no customer service. This is literally theft taking money and refusing service and food. I think that lawmakers should have a way to hold them accountable for this. This was not my mistake or fault they could have gave me the food until the transaction was showing or done something for me as their customer as had anything happened or went wrong I would have definitely made sure it was fixed but I know that it cleared this was their system error as when I was placing the order it was taking forever to even process the transaction to begin with.
