You should only eat here if you like being abused by the people making your food, no exaggeration. Went in the get bowls with the family (3 of us) my son (7) asked for carne asada, I ordered for him a bowl w white rice & carne asada, the employee responded “that’s a hold” I said do you mean we’ll need to wait? She repeated herself rudely “that’s a HOLD” I said I’m not sure what you mean, she said “it means you’re gonna wait”, I said okay do you know how long it will be? She said “when I turn around and put it on the grill and cook it” I repeated do you know how long that will take? She said once I get to all these customers I really don’t know; at this point I asked for a manager because she was getting past aggressive and really hostile, she said I am the manager with a smug look, I asked for a corporate number she said it will be on the receipt, I told her there won’t be a receipt we are leaving. Placed an online order for pickup, and it said it would be ready at 9:40. I showed up at 9:37 and was the only person in line. Instead of getting my food a couple minutes early, the employee told me, “Oh, not ready until 9:40, go ahead and park over there.”

Ordered pickup for lunch and my bf and I got the same thing. The portions were drastically different. We thought no big deal we will just go back and see if they’ll fix it cause maybe it was busy.
