McDonald's — Restaurant in Germantown

EAT, SIT AND CHAT A WHILE...a popped in this particular McD's after running around and had the perchance meeting with a security guard. He sat minding his business but, I made it my business to stop over and say hello. From there a wonderful conversation ensued from which I learned about a rather fulfilling life rich with history from having served during the Vietnam War, to being an over the road truck driver (you have to give our truck drivers some props for the long nights and days on the road). He was twice retired or should I say three times, Military, and from Kroger and FedEx. He was quite a pleasure to talk to and yet what amazed me the most was his desire after all this to keep as active and engaged as possible. He didn't want to just sit at home so, one again he embarked on another opportunity to add value as he'd done all his life. I found that while sitting there chatting the environment was quite amenable to our conversation in that the high chairs brought us close enough to share a common area as we glanced at the news off and on and even with the play area in the back it was disturbing at all while we sat talking, and eating...yeah, I had to breakdown and get one good treat that we both commented on as being quite delightful looking to the eyes and pleasing to the senses as I removed the lid...so, stop in your local McD's and chat it up with your next opportunity to meet the definition of desire and...

Previous review below this. Which is good, but today I am absolutely disgusted! I eat lunch here frequently and today was possibly the end. I got a mcdouble and there is a dead baked roach in my bun! I am appealed and sickened by this. Please check your food if you eat here.

I work across the street from this particular McDonald's. I visit often for lunch. I usually don't have any issues. Food is normally good, and the location is normally very quick considering all the business they get there.

I visited a few days ago and it was awful, I placed a mobile order as I normally do, I park curbside when I pick up. I waited for around 25m before I eventually relented and went inside to find the staff puzzled about my order, it has been sitting for probably around 15m. I finally got my order.

All that aside, I notice this place runs like a well oiled machine when there is a particular person working, I am not sure of her position at this location, but the place runs like clockwork with her there, she's a very sweet lady, always prompt and courteous. Always has a kind word. Her name is Theresa. On my visit today she was the one who ran my food out to me. I let her know how much she was missed the other day in the chaos of her absence.

I'm rating this location 5 stars due to the fact that generally I have a good experience there. A huge shout out to Theresa. Thank you for being an amazing...

I will never go to this place again. My order was 5.65 and I gave her a 20.00 didn't any attention to my change and she gave 9.00 and some change. I went to the Manger and she said we will to close and count the register . So she walked to the back before that was done. The young lady and a guy was looking at me and she open the register and took something out. When the manager count the register she in form me that was short I told her what but the young lady said she was putting her phone back. I should have sent my order back before because I ask for a meal. I looked in the bag and I said where is the hashbrown she said you didn't order a meal I said yes I did and some young lady gave me a hashbrown and I said we can rerun the order and like don't worry about it. When I said something about my change the manager said they gave you 2 hashbrown and I said know she gave me one. She well that should have been rung up I said I try to do that. The young lady that money she was really slow counting my change back so that why I didn't notice because my order was waiting getting cold. I told them when I left if you'll can live with I could live without. I told them they shouldn't have slow people that can't count. If I could have gave no stars I would have .
