I went into chipotle on a Sunday, this has to be the SLOWEST one ever. The staff has no sense of urgency at all. I waited almost 20 mins in line, mind you there was only 3 people in front of me. By the time I got to the front of the line, I could see the young man literally scrapping the bowl. I asked him for some fresh rice to be sure it wasnt hard/overcooked being all the way at the bottom. Same with the chicken! He looked at me, turned around. Then about 3 of them huddled up and noone said anything for about 2-3 mins. Which I thought was rude needless to say. The young girl looked at me & said well theres no more rice. I said excuse me. She said the rice cooker broke we trying to make rice and theres no more chicken. Now..... Lets be serious here coming from a customer service background 25+ once they realized there was "no rice" or they needed to cook in a pot & it would take longer than normal someone should have told everyone else in line. There was about 5 people behind me who all left out! there was NO apology at all. Not a care in the world! SMH Mind you, I over heard the people from door dash say they were there for over 30+ mins
THE NEXT DAY I WENT: I said you know what things happen, let me try 1 more time. I went in seems they had rice and chicken. While ordering I noticed there was a piece of chicken that looked as if it was cooked entirely too long. I ask the lady what is that? She replied chicken & kind of laughed. I said take that out, it doesnt look edible. When I was checking out I asked for 8 sour cream, I had 2 bowls. I dont mind paying for the extra not a big deal. The cashier was rude. I paid, then said wait you charged me for 8. Yes thats what I asked for BUT I have 2 bowls. Meaning 2 of those should have been FREE and I pay for the other 6. Which again I had no issues doing. When I proceeded to ask her why she charged for 8, she said well she said I needed to. I said well I have 2 bowls so I should only be paying for 6. I was talking to her asking who was she, and the cashier walked away in the middle of me trying to explain and talk to her, RUDE again!!! Assuming this lady who came back was the manager, she never introduced herself so I have no clue. I explained myself to her, she looked at me and said well you have 8. I said yes but I also have 2 bowls. She said well is there sour cream on your bowls, I said NO thats why I asked for the extra, AGAIN ill pay for the 6 but not the 8! She never said anything, she just started to refund the 2. She never said I apologize for the inconvenience or ANYTHING.... again that was RUDE!!!! From this I will NOT be returning to this Chipotle. They need to learn some manners, being respectful and last but not least CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! And under stand it wasnt about the refund, it was the principal of the matter. I heard several complaints while being there. From here on out I will drive the extra 10 mins to the next Chipotle, because the staff her is TERRIBLY RUDE! NEVER...
Read moreThe 2nd WORST Chipotle experience I’ve ever had at the same location for the same issue with the same short haired Spanish girl who calls herself the manager of the store I believe her name is Doreen or something similar.A month ago I placed a order through the app for pickup and when I went to pick up my order I asked for some cheese on the side because my son doesn’t like the cheese in the bowl and she told me I had to pay for it because it’s considered a side and costs the same amount of money as extra chicken. I went about twice since then and didn’t have any problems getting cheese on the side from other workers. Well tonight I placed a order for pickup and my son goes inside to pick it up and asks for cheese on the side and the same short haired Spanish girl tells him he needs to pay for it because its a side and cost the same amount as extra chicken and when he told her about me calling corporate the first time she said “I don’t care what they say I’m the manager of this store”. The first time she did this I called corporate and complained on her and they gave me a free entree and corporate told me they should not charge for anything other than extra protein, guacamole or queso. So tonight when he came outside and told me what she said I went inside the store and told her what corporate told me and she said she’s the manger and doesn’t care what corporate says so I ask her for her name because I couldn’t think of her name from the last time and instead of her giving me her name she steady asking me for my name then tells me she’s refusing my service and proceeds to call the police on me. I called corporate back tonight and they spoke with the officer and said again to me she cannot charge for anything other than extra protein, guacamole or queso but obviously the police can’t get involved which I understand. I don’t want any free food honestly corporate needs to fire or write this woman up for her actions and not abiding by the company policy and acting like she can make her own rules and regulations. This isn’t the first time she’s done this to me and I’m sure I’m not the only one she has done this to. She is very rude, aggressive and nasty and the workers in there with her thought it was cute to start laughing and talking mess about my son as he was walking away. This is not how these people should treat customers and something needs to be...
Read moreSo two weeks ago, I visited this Chipotle (not my first time as this is my neighborhood Chipotle) and ordered my usual along with two bowls of guacamole. The young lady who took my order told me there was no more guacamole, but another coworker told her they had some in the chiller. I should've k own something was up when the brought out the container and start to stir it relentlessly. When I got the order home the guacamole was brown and inedible. I called the store and they said to just let the cashier know during my next visit. No biggie. Went there this evening, ordered the usual for me and my wife and told the cashier. She called over the manager and I never felt so humiliated in my life in front of a store full of people. She refused to honor their commitment because I didn't have the receipt. I explained that they never told me to save the receipt. She said she couldn't help me because I had no proof. People started to look at me as if I was trying to get free guacamole. I told her a would never patronize them again and requested the manager's information. The money I spent on the guacamole was not insignificant. It cost $12 for the two small bowls. I will be calling the manager and requesting a refund. I told the manager on duty that I had the card on me that I used for payment and she refused to try to validate my purchase. She quite frankly didn't care. I was surprised to see that their rating was so low here on yelp, but not surprised after my experience this evening. Someone needs to teach them a little customer service. This woman should not be a manager. They just lost a loyal customer. I sure hope the $12...
