Starbucks — Restaurant in Maryland

My husband had gone in earlier in the day and excitedly came home saying he had a surprise for me. He had ordered me the ice sugar cookie almond latte (by the way, it is my new holiday fav!) & was excited to come home with it. Unfortunately, what he brought home said "Iced Chc Alm Esp". It like tasted chocolate. My husband called & the staff member who answered was apologetic. She said to come by for the correct drink, at our earliest convenience, and they would give us the correct order.

We went in toward their closing time. We were greeted by Angelina and she was super helpful. When we explained what happened earlier in the morning, she was understanding, apologized, and took responsibility of the issue (even though it probably wasn't her mistake). She was super cheerful, hospitable, responsible, and delivered phenomenal customer service!

My husband and I go this location regularly (because our dog likes to take us here way too often, for her puppuccinos), and the staff at this location has always been super friendly. Angelina still stood-out with her willingness to make sure I got my drink corrected and just showing a lot of...

Today I was in a different area at a different Starbucks, ordered Oleato Toffee and was disappointed. There was no foam. That's why Ive been buying this drink since it came out, I love the foam. When I'm paying more than $7 for coffee, I wish it was made well. It made me appreciate my usual Starbucks! Thank you so much Starbucks Milestone Team for consistently making Starbucks drinks so well and delicious! I'm always so happy with the drinks I order at Starbucks Milestone and never feel like it's a waste of $, which is how i feel when I don't get a well made drink. My husband is very, very particular about his Starbucks order- it’s a dread to go to Starbucks and know the workers will make him feel ridiculous and 9/10 times they will make it incorrectly but this location?! Made it PERFECT the FIRST time and not once while he was ordering made him feel ridiculous. They were absolutely the best. Sooooo patient, not once did the cashier not smile at us. I believe the one who made it was Skye (we officially love you Skye!) but everyone there was truly just wonderful and so pleasant. This will be the only location we go to from now on.
