William Patrick's Coffee Inc — Restaurant in Gig Harbor

If I could give zero stars then I would. I haven't been here, but the person that stole my purse has! They do not check ID and their cameras aren't even turned on. Then if you go to them to help find who is stealing from you, they don't want to help at all! They will completely dismiss you and tell you that they are too busy. Went in there to ask about who it was, and they were taking other cards without checking ID. Completely irresponsible and stupid employees that cannot read. I put on my card to check ID! So thieves, if you want to get a cup of Joe on someone else, come here. However, if you have any respect for good business...

Very disappointed, I usually don’t go here often due to the long lines that go into the road. Went today and ordered a Carmel macchiato (Hot). I took a sip after I pulled out and it was cold, not even like warm. I know they didn’t accidentally give me it cold because it was in the hot cup and it didn’t have ice. And it also didn’t have any foam, like a macchiato should. I didn’t have time to wait in line again to tell them to please remake it, I was already in line for 10 mins and had to go to work. Ive stopped here once before and got a spritzer and they got that out fast but if I ever do come back im not ordering...

I have been going to William Patrick’s for the same drink for almost 2 years now. All the girls know my drink and talking with them is one of my favorite parts of my day, recently I stopped drinking that drink in regards for my health and the hardest part was my going through and seeing my favorite girls. I just found out they now have my favorite soda as a “dirty soda” drink, I haven’t gotten a chance to try it but I am so excited to go and get my favorite soda and see my favorite girls.
