I’m pretty sure I’ve ordered the last boxes of cookies I ever will order. Bad first time experience. Ordered my cookies to be delivered between 8:30 and 9:30 and placed a note on the message text box that there was a coconut allergy and to sorters that cookie from the rest.
At 6:30, I get a notification that my order is on its way and shortly thereafter, got a notification that my cookies had been ordered. So I called and confirmed that they would be delivered by 8:30, and the young lady reiterated that the almond joy cookie would be separated due to the coconut allergy. At 7:13, I got a notification that my order was once again on the way. At 7:16, the order arrives.
Fortunately, I was home to accept the order. I told the driver I was not expecting him to be early and he thought it was a compliment. He did say he was not notified that the coconut cookie would be separated. I explained the situation and expressed my dissatisfaction. He was gracious but the damage has been done. As far as the actually cookie, it was pretty good and I enjoyed it. But great service for my hard earned dollars mattered tremendously.
Thought I’d try something different than the competitor I frequent every weekend for cookie delivery. Next weekend, I will order from said competitor (cough Chunk Cookies cough). Not...
Read moreThree because they had display cookies that looked totally different than what I was give. The reeses pb cup had crumbled pieces all over the top - they gave me 1 whole mini reeses cup on top and skimmed on the melted pb. The blueberry cheesecake flavor they gave me less than a tbsp of blueberry topping. Literally 4 bluebwrries.. the reply when I mentioned the minimal topping was "ugh, deep sigh, we just ran out of the blueberry but thats the amount your supposed to get. Do you want to trade it for a different cookie?" And "well we don't have the reeses crumbled up like the display. Do you want more candy to put on top? (Hands me another mini reeses cup in the wrapper)" she seemed put off by my asking. Well, sorry that I am paying $5 for 1 cookie and I don't want to crush my own Chocolate toppings myself, not to mention this location doesn't have a bathroom to wash my hands even if I did want to. My suggestion would be - don't put a display cookie out that looks nothing like the one you serve. This goes for both reeses cup and the blueberry cheesecake. I will say the honey bun was perfect in every way 👌 and aside from missing toppings the cookies still taste good. I think I will stick with the Ahwatukee location from now on they are nice, have a bathroom, and don't...
Read moreThe first couple of times here had been good, in terms of customer service. The last few consecutive times the customer service has continued to let me down. Today, I went in around 6 pm and to my surprise they had all 4 flavors from last week, which I missed. I asked the person placing my order if last week’s cookies were being made fresh or if they were refrigerated, stored, etc. and he said he didn’t know. I replied, “you don’t know? What do you mean?” And all he offered was “I’m just not honestly sure.” He never went above and beyond to find out, and I ended up leaving with 2 cookies from this week and decided against going with the 4 pack to include birthday cake and the double chocolate chip from last week because I would have preferred they be fresh. To say one doesn’t know and then not follow up with trying to find out, seems to be a poor strategy for business. I would have inquired more or asked to speak with a different employee, but there was a line behind me, and at that rate, I decided this may not be the location I choose to stop at based on previous sub-par experiences. I love Crumbl, just disappointed that I’m encountering more and more poor quality customer service at this location. Smiles would also be appreciated; everyone seems to have robotic...
