I love DQ, but this service was atrocious. I went in close to noon, and there were 2 employees there, no one else in front of me and 1 customer in the drive-through. The girl said she would be right with me. I stood there for 7 minutes waiting to place my order. I requested to have the honey BBQ chicken strips w/o the fries and bread. I also ordered a medium blizzard, all to go. Five minutes later, she came out and said they did not have the HONEY BBQ available and asked if I would like to have the honey glaze. I said ok and waited another 20 minutes. In the meantime, another employee came in (maybe the manager), another customer came in and three more cars went through. The girl brought my chicken pieces out. I reminded her that it was to go, AND I had ordered a Blizzard. She took it back and put it in a box and then went to fix the Blizzard, which she had forgotten. Finally after waiting 30 minutes from the time I ordered, I was able to get my food and leave. I was horribly disappointed, as I have been going to DQ for 30 years. I love their blizzards, but it's obvious that there needs to be a little bit more training...
Read moreThe blizzard was great as always but the customer service at this location from our one-time experience was horrific. My husband was ordering from drive-thru and I was in the passenger seat, so I was able to hear the conversation. The lady on the mic had a difficult time getting through our order because she was laughing and giggling the whole time. She wasn't trying to disguise her loud laughter either. We finished placing our order and drove up to the window. It is at this point that we came to find out she and her coworker were having a laugh at us because our hood was slightly open. She asked, "You know your hood is open right?" between giggles. We responded by telling her we had been in a car accident two weeks prior and it was bent that way due to the irreparable damage to the front of the vehicle. Surprisingly, she continued to giggle and look over at her coworker who had a smirk on her face as well. Read moreThis is the first time I give a bad review to any business. I went in to order a take out meal to my friend. I was there for over 30 minutes, waiting for this order, when an employee finally, was aware of my presence... amd asked me what am I waiting for? I said my order. 10 minutes later he comes back, and he put in the paper bag one item. I asked him, where are the other 3 items I ordered? He went to the back asking the other employees who took my order? Inside, there were no other customers but me. They were all busy helping customers in the drivethrou, but no one came to help me. The employee was rude, annoyed and did not have people's skills. He could see I was not a happy customer, and did not say a word. Instead, he left my order laying on the counter, and did not offer an apology. If there was a minus star (-*), I would give it to them. Very disappointing! I will not step in this...
