FIRST BEFORE MY RAVING REVIEW ABOUT TACO BELL IN GENERAL LET'S TALK ABOUT THIS LOCATION... I dropped or left my wallet there, it was later at night, I freaked out for a while not knowing where it was because I had been to so many other locations running errands with kids, I finally thought maybe that's the place I left it and it had been about 3 hours, the lobby was closed but one of the staff members saw that I was looking for someone, my phone was going to voicemail because it was after hours for the lobby... The manager had retrieved the wallet, she verified my information and not only did I get the wallet back, it had all of my belongings in there which included about $200 in cash a bunch of debit cards venmo card cash app cards and other information that would have been hard to cancel and we established... It gave me faith that humanity in the United States at least is still really cool maybe it's just a Gilbert thing but when I was in Chicago and La this was unheard of, it was just going to disappear because it's very tempting to have cash, and just let the person know it got lost or stolen... Integrity, honesty, treating your neighbors as you would want to be treated... Very well done and the owners should be proud and the management should be praised... I didn't get her name but she was probably 5 ft four darker hair and amazing cheerful disposition.
Okay the staff was great when I ate there and really helped my kid feel accommodated when he couldn't get the mobile app stuff to work properly... And the food was great! If you're interested 35 year experience with the brand.
I was a Taco Bell fan as a teenager in the 90s, and then my wife wasn't as big of a fan but now I've got my kids hooked, and we absolutely love the different kinds of price options and all the new exciting options they bring out on a monthly basis, the app is on fire, the Tuesdays are really cool unfortunately I haven't really wanted anything or gotten in in time to get anything that cool but the offerings are awesome... I will always be a chilito and mexi melt fan, and I'm glad they still give them to me off menu... The food of course is great for the price and a lot of the new healthy choices are awesome but I have to say the atmosphere is much better more conducive to me to come out and hang out and do some work for a couple hours that got plugs...
Read moreConsistently the worst Taco bell I've ever been to. I've worked as a Shift lead at Taco bell for over 4 years and this location violates so many rules its not even funny.
The biggest one? Recently they changed their hours from 8am to 9am. I came by for breakfast one morning just after 8 and the door was unlocked. I thought nothing of it because the hours were ALWAYS 8 am. I place an order at the front kiosk, and the manager comes out saying they aren't ready, or even open.
I look around and ask why the doors are even unlocked and her answer was "we were doing some cleaning outside and forgot to lock them again" as an opening manager, one of the biggest safety hazards is having an unlocked door when the entire SAFE FULL OF OPERATING FUNDS IS OPEN AND IN THE OFFICE. Which, guess when that is? Before open. Yep.
Then, she had the gall to place the blame on ME saying their hours are actually 9 without specifying they've JUST changed it from 8.
She then refunded me my order. Which I have yet to even get back into my bank account so I dont belive she did it correctly.
On top of that, the food quality is terrible because this location is full of kids who dont care about the Voice of the Customer (wink wink, you know what i mean, Taco bell) enough to make the good even remotely decent. Then, they're managed by adults who also couldn't give a care in the world because they just want a paycheck instead of taking any sort of pride in the work they do.
I find this location to be a slap in the face as a previous Taco-Bell shift lead myself. After the door being unlocked situation, I have made myself a promise to never give mondy to this specific location ever again, even if it is a 2 min. Walk from where I live, I will forever be going to Cooley Station, or the val vista amd Warner location who is...
Read moreThe manager "Drew" was very rude and belligerent. I was trying to pick up an order for a food delivery service company and was not aware that the policy changed to not go through the drive through anymore. Most of the places go ahead and give me the order and then tell me what the new policy is "go inside to pick up." I was trying to ask him and he kept interrupting me and then slammed the drive through window and walked away. I parked and went inside ti get the order and before I could ask him what his major malfunction was he again raised his voice over mine with a dining room with about 10 people inside and screamed at me that he was canceling my order. He was very unprofessional and should not be a shift leader or supervisor or whatever his title is. I will probably just reject all pick up orders from taco bell from now on and I will no longer...
