We went to this location 5/9 and my boyfriend ordered a chicken wrap while I just got the plain jane baked potato. We waited an extremely long time and still had no food even though the rest of the people in our party had all gotten theirs and were almost done. My boyfriend went up to the counter with our number to ask about our food and the girl at the cash register didn’t even really acknowledge him she just walked away straight to some other employees. They conversed for a minute and then some other employee came over and told him that they gave our food to another table (despite us having a large number 70 on our table) and they would remake it. Since everyone else in our party was already finished (it had been around 30 minutes since we ordered at this point) we asked for the food to go. That alone took another 20-25 minutes but we finally got our food and left. We also overheard the table behind us tell an employee that they kept getting multiple orders of food that were not theirs and the employee just sort of shrugged her shoulders at them. I’m not sure how this even happens when you have a number system in place. When we got home I opened up my baked potato to eat it and there was a long black hair in it. I was so annoyed and disgusted by this entire interaction with this location that I ended up throwing the whole thing away because who wants to eat food with somebody else’s hair in it? Read moreI have eaten at Jason's Deli's from Beaumont, TX to Provo, UT and rarely have been dissatisfied. Jason's now allows one run on the salad bar. Okay, that means I can take leftovers home with me for my chickens (or me). I prefer that. It should be posted to minimize confusion. My last visit to this location was a week ago. We had to request the wilted soggy greens be replaced by fresh greens as well as update the entire bar. We noticed a reluctance to serve the customers including busing the tables and cleaning the floors around tables. It was so bad, when new customers came in, we wondered where they found a clean place to sit. EVEN the employee table had stacks several dishes deep and as each took their break the stacks got higher with no compunction to correct the problem. I normally would give this Jason's 3 stars occasionally 4 but usually they stay in the low 3's. The problem is always the salad bar greens. Who wants wilted, slimy greens! Summary:Salad bar not kept up, tables not bused and floor not cleaned yet the timid little checker had enough time to tell me one trip to the salad bar. I took pictures of tables not bused, but if you've seen one dirty table, you know what all of them looked like. No reason to post dirty pictures. I will return. Read moreMatthew manager to manager you are suppose to represent ur company in a way better manner ...we were first time guess we purchased a salad bar and a sandwhich ...the girl at the front said we can go to the salad bar as many times as u like when we asked her if it was included ..my mother asked for french dressing on the side and they served the bread on the side and my mother had to scoop her sandwhich into her bread then when we go back for our plates for a salad and was told the salad bar isnt all u can eat should of been handled in a better manner matthew ...we were not in the wrong and u treated us as if we were ...u made excuse for ur worker to do there job incorrect and procceed to tell us what we needed to do better jason deli has great food but the customer service was terrible and make us very uncomfortable and was bad enough some of ur workers cant even speak english when we are askin question do better yall represent ur work place better ..we dont force u to work for them and matthew u should train ur employees if u are constantly giving out plates cause they arent informing customer of accurate promotions and sales and not make excuses for them and treat customers as if we are in the wrong 2 major mistakes for our first visit and u didnt even apologize.
