I went to this place because of all the positive reviews it was given. I even read some of the reviews, both good and bad, and did further research to finalize my decision of giving this place a try. Once I got to the location, I immediately admired the setting and environment. So we’re off on a good start. This restaurant is similar to a fast food joint , where you order and then pay immediately. In addition to that, the restaurant asks if I would like to TIP. A tip is meant for a SERVICE that is given to you by a waiter/waitress. How could I tip on a service that wasn’t presented to me yet? To me that’s the equivalent of paying for a car that I haven’t looked at and inspected. With that being said , I chose NOT to tip. After that, I sat down and I had a view of the path of where the staff would come out with the food. Every time they passed by, the food looked completely mouth-watering. It was as if they were made to perfection. The burgers looked so full and fresh and same with fries, on top of that , they gave a generous amount. All of the food was placed in a presentable fashion , just like what you would see in a TV advertisement. It was as if Gordon Ramsey himself prepared all of it. HOWEVER, when the food I ordered came out , it was NOTHING close to what I witnessed beforehand. The burger was extremely cold , like it has been sitting out for a good while. The fries were cold as well and stale ; oh and they also gave HALF the portion they were giving everyone else. So I have to say , this restaurant/fast food chain , is completely unfair and biased. They want you to TIP in order to receive quality food and service. They want to take your money prior to the service you’re going to receive. To me this doesn’t make any sense and honestly it was a mistake on my end to even proceed to eat there after knowing this, but I still gave it a chance and felt immediate regret after receiving my food. It just displays a business that promotes unfairness and no ethics. They should have a sign outside that states “If you want your food to be prepared properly , please TIP; if not , expect subpar food”. I hope this could help someone out to avoid the mistake that I made by giving my time and money to a dissatisfactory business such as...
Read moreI went there for my free $10 birthday meal yesterday. It was my first time since they shut it down for renovation last year. The restaurant has been expanded inside and outside. There are more bathrooms, more seating, and more employees. In the past Joe's Farm grill has been very busy and crowded so much that my wife didn't want to go there anymore. With the new layout and service that has changed some. It is still in high demand and busy but the line moves quicker now and they bring the food to you wherever you sit. They give you a locator. You grab your soda and go sit down and before you know it your food comes. It was pretty quick service, I don't remember waiting very long for the food to come. The server that brought my food was kind and asked if I needed napkins or anything else and promptly brought everything out to me. They seem to really be focused on customer service. There are new organic sodas. I tried the coconut soda and a cherry one, they were not very sweet but still good and feel healthier than regular soda. It reminded me of flavored sparkling water. I tried the Lemon grass soda and it was tasty sweet. It taste like honey and lemon with a hint of grass, I liked it. The prices seemed to have gone up since the renovation. I got a farm burger with American Cheese and Bacon plus Onion Rings and the Soda. The burger and Fries was $10 and I added bacon for $1.50 and onion rings for $3 more plus the cost of the soda so the $10 birthday credit didn't cover it all but I expected that and was happy for the discount. The burger is a 6 oz burger cooked pink is they way they do it and it was very tasty and large. All the burger toppings are garden fresh. The onion rings were very large and plentiful with a great Panko herb crust. The ranch dressing was also very gourmet tasting with a hint of dill herb but tasted very nice. There was a lot of food and I was not able to finish my Onion rings. It was all very delicious and great service. I was delighted. I also noticed that they added chicken and waffles to the menu and had a good variety for kids meals. I'd like to go back and sample some of the other things on the menu. It all...
Read moreSuch a cute place with great food and very good service. Will definitely be more crowded indoors for summer months and the inside has decent seating but there’s quite a bit of patio seating so it will be more crowded for sure during warm months when everyone wants to sit inside. Outdoor area has room for the kids to be kids. Indoors not so much so parents need to parent and not let their kids run around indoors.
I had the breakfast tacos and a side order of a biscuit and gravy. The tacos were good but I wish they were on flour tortillas vs corn tortillas. The potatoes are delicious and the biscuits and gravy well, to die for. Very good! Others in my party also enjoyed their food. Someone got the chicken and waffles, another had the pork tenderloin which was a very large portion, and another ordered the biscuit and gravy scramble. All said they’d definitely go back. Good portions. With a drink it will run you about $20 per person.
Would highly recommend. Can’t wait to go back and try lunch or dinner here sometime.
We walked across to the Epicenter where there’s shops and other restaurants. Definitely head next door to Air Guitar. Interesting and cute store with lots of goodies.
All of this is located in a good area. Lots of stuff that is walkable.
Edit: Came back for dinner a week later and it was deeeelicious! Everything was so amazing. I had a simple grilled cheese and upgraded my side to fried zucchini. Highly recommend the zucchini!!!! My husband ordered the Ahi Tuna sandwich and upgraded the side to onion rings. Best onion rings I’ve ever had! Seasoned and cooked to perfection, nice and crisp but not dried out. My daughter ordered just the regular burger and said it was very good. Tasty and well seasoned. She upgraded her side to the sweet potato fries and loved them! And then we ordered chocolate chip cookies. Took one bite and went and ordered more! The best chocolate chip cookies I’ve ever had! They come out so fresh, nice and warm!!! Highly recommend.
Overall, the price is very reasonable, the food is fresh and everything is delicious and the portions are big! We will...
