I rank this one of our BEST McDonald's experiences around this area! Finally a McDonald's where the employees are all happy and seem to enjoy their jobs! We were welcomed with a smile and a , "welcome to McDonald's, how can I serve you!" What a pleasant surprise after the other nasty experiences of late. We ordered two double fish filet sandwiches, yes there is a double fish filet! Just found out about it yesterday. Two large drinks, a cone and a frappe. Our sandwiches were very hot and fresh, just how fish should be served. We got our own drinks at the self serve fountain which we prefer. Why do other McDonald's want you to wait in line again? Oh I know, so you drink less! I used the ladies room which was very clean. Nice to finally see the toilet paper within the container, not sitting on the handicapped rails! One handicapped toilet in this restaurant is available. As we ate, plenty of traffic in and out but not terribly busy inside. Right now, we are the only customers and we have not been bothered in the least by the staff. I saw the manager with what looked like a clipboard going around earlier checking things around the restaurant. No child playground available here. This location was recently renovated around November 2018 and no longer has any outdoor seating. Sadly, the electric outlets are gone which we liked to recharge our phones while eating. The manager thought this was a renovation issue that was going to be rectified, we hope it is! I need to add new photos to my review to show the new renovations as my current photos are pre-renovation. I gave this a 5 star for: Friendliness, cleanliness, good quality, and...
Read moreFreakin' Valerie man! She is so amazing! I absolutely adore this McDonald's in particular because their customer service is unparalleled! Literally every single employee I've ever dealt with, which is always super late at night or very early morning, is always pleasant and chipper! As if they aren't working either WAY TOO LATE or WAAAYYY TOO FREAKIN' EARLY! Even one woman in particular, who always seems pretty grouchy, as soon as I tell her I appreciate her and am going to do a positive Google review about her (which I've always forgot to do until today 😬) she changes her whole tune, and I can tell! It changes her whole mood for that day. So, what this tells me about McDonald's as a corporation, and I really hope I'm not wrong about this! Is that they know the IMPORTANCE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE and they had BETTER REWARD THEIR EMPLOYEES ACCORDINGLY!!! Back to the point at hand 😆, these employees at this store, DESERVE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT and frankly, RAISES! Because they are the EPITOME of what all McDonald's employees should strive to be more like!!! So thank you all again for your INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and for always making my stops here, ones that when I leave I find myself thinking "Wow. Today is going to be a GREAT DAY!" YOU ALL ROCK! ESPECIALLY YOU, VALERIE! Your customer service is ALWAYS CONSISTENTLY AMAZING! You are the freaking GREATEST!!! 😊💞🥰🙌🏼✊🏼👊🏼 💗💗💗
Read moreThe simple facts are this.
The store is always clean.
The front counter staff are generally helpful and nice if they are there. Sometimes to have to wait a few minutes.
Go in the afternoon or morning otherwise you are going to have lots of loud, annoying teenagers. It is a hangout spot for several high schools. Not the worst but a good thing to keep in mind. Especially on the weekends.
The food is fine. It's macdonalds so you get what you pay for.
This is the big thing and the reason for the single star. Morale in the store is utterly at Rock bottom. No one wants to be there, the staff look overworked and I know for sure that are underappreciated. I heard a manager when I went in at 7 last Sunday tell his staff that even if they did a good job he wouldn't acknowledge it because no one told him he did a good job.
Another night, I think in January I went in for a drink and I head the front staff screaming at the back staff over a missing order, telling them they were stupid and lazy.
I only go to this location on my way to and from work if I absolutely have to. The treatment of the staff is simply...
