I am thrilled to share my positive feedback about this charming establishment, with particular appreciation for our amazing waitress, Sofia, and the delightful Montana Margarita with Coconut Creme.
First and foremost, I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Sofia. Her exceptional service, attentiveness, and warm personality enhanced our dining experience in every way possible. Sofia went above and beyond to ensure that we felt welcomed, comfortable, and satisfied throughout our visit. Her recommendations were spot-on and her genuine enthusiasm added an extra layer of enjoyment to our evening.
Now, let's dive into the star of the drink menu - the Montana Margarita with Coconut Creme. This concoction is a hidden gem that's not on the regular menu, but trust me, it's worth requesting! The combination of the classic margarita with the addition of silky coconut creme takes this drink to a whole new level. Each sip was a tropical oasis of flavors, perfectly balanced with a hint of coconut, making it my personal favorite. I highly recommend trying it - just remember to ask for the coconut cream!

Read moreThis place disappointed me. We normally go to the one in Queen Creek but when we moved down into the Gilbert area and we found that they had a location in this area and we decided to give it a try. When we got there we informed the waitress of my husband’s tomato allergy and when we ordered our order we asked that no tomatoes are placed on the plate or food. After receiving our food we found that there were tomatoes all over his plate. We asked for it to go back and they said they would make him a fresh one. I was able to eat my food and his food still didn’t come out. The waitress comes by and apologized for the wait and that it should be our soon. We asked if it could be wrapped up to go and she okay. We then waited another 15 mins and there still was no food. We paid our check and asked for a manager. We waited another 15 mins for no manager to come out so we left. We then called the restaurant after leaving asking if we can talk to the manager and they placed us on hold for 10 minutes. We hung up and then called back and she got on the phone. She told us that they placed tomatoes and onions in every dish and the fact that we go to the Queen Creek location we should have known that We informed her that when first sat down and seen waitress we stated there was an allergy and she brushed us off again and said well sorry that they are extremely busy and their kitchen was short staffed. The lack of concern for an allergy that could have killed him after we informed of this there was not care. Even being short staffed it shouldn’t have been the lack of care of an allergy. Let’s just say this was the worst experience we have ever had in any restaurant. Would NEVER go to this...
Read moreThe food is ok. The margaritas are good. The service, awful. Today was the last straw. The last visit was pretty bad, but this one was crazy. I thought I would take my mother out to lunch this afternoon. In the past, she's enjoyed the food at Nando's, so I took her there. We never got lunch. We were seated and...nothing. One guy walked by and threw some chips and salsa down then hurried away. He didn't say a word. We never got water or anything else. We sat for 10 minutes and nobody acknowledged us. Servers just kept walking and gathering in the serving area next to us, ignoring my attempts to get their attention. I watched another table get apologies from the server when one of them got up and tracked the server down. The server told them they were sooo busy. There were 2 tables with people in the whole middle area, including us? I watched him walk around in the area and stand and talk to other servers at least 7 times. But they sat a couple in a booth next to us after we'd been there for a while, one of whom they seemed to work there or used to work there, and they were well taken care of. Chips, water, drinks ordered, brought drinks, the server was taking their order and chatting with them for another 5 minutes without a glance our way. Same guy who was sooo busy. Guess he was sooo busy helping a select few. We gave up and left. Nobody even bothered to acknowledge we were leaving. We asked the hostess how much we owed for chips and she said nothing. So we went to Rio Rico right down the road. Much better experience. There's way too many other places who want customers who tip well to patron them. I'll never go back to Nando's. Mom says she...
