I rarely give one star reviews, but this location certainly deserves it. When we walked in, there were four customers waiting in line (two mobile orders, one at the register, one waiting for food). The person working the register was overworked with also preparing multiple orders. We spotted one employee in the back not doing anything at all. Six employees total working (two working drive thru, two working the kitchen, one in the back not working and a manager), and one of them can't help the guy working the register? Why is there two people working the drive thru? Not a single table was cleaned, absolutely disgusting. The soda machine out front was out of multiple soda syrups, and the ice maker was out of service as well. One customer in front of us got fed up with waiting, after several minutes, and ended up placing a mobile order after not being helped. When he finally got his food he told the manager that he placed a mobile order because he wasn't being helped, and the manager dismissed him as if it wasn't a big deal. The floor in the dining room hadn't been swept in quite a while. The bathroom clearly hadn't been cleaned in hours as told by the sticky floors and what couldn't be anything but urine on the floors as well. The bacon on my JBC was burnt, and the classic chicken burger my partner ordered had one small measly piece of lettuce the size of a thumb. We would have mentioned all of this to the manager, but due to no receipt and the dismissive attitude of the manager to the other customer this clearly would have went unnoticed and dismissed as well.

Theres always missing items, missing ingredients, got someone else’s order, no sauce, no drink, etc. There is always something wrong like the employees aren’t even reading the order receipt and are just tossing whatever they want into the bag. You custom make your burger or add on extra things you pay for? Best of luck. You’ll just get a whole different thing you didn’t even order.
It’s upsetting because shouldn’t the employees confirm all the contents are in or with the bag before it all gets sealed up? So it must be lazy employees who simply don’t care enough cause you’re not there in person to make sure your order is right. They just simply don’t care if it’s an online order.
I’ve made multiple complaints to DoorDash regarding this location and after reading the other reviews to this location on DoorDash, it appears this is an ongoing issue for others as well.
It’s almost concerning enough to write to a district manager or corporate representative because if your employees don’t care enough to be handling customers orders correctly, they shouldn’t be working fast food.
I never write bad reviews because I'm always understanding and have worked fast food myself. I never expect my fast food to look or be perfect, but I do at least expect my food, that I have paid doubled or nearly triple priced for, to all be in my bag.

Read moreI’m pretty sure the night shift, at least on Fridays and Saturdays, turn the outside lights off and pretend to be closed sometime before midnight. It really sucks, I work at the airport overnight on the weekends and I get a lunch break at midnight. They used to leave the lights on but in the past 4-8 months they don’t, making my coworkers and I believe they’re closed. We have very limited options for lunch, probably 4 options if you include Quiktrip. It would be nice to have the five like we used to, I can’t imagine how much revenue has been lost because the crew wants to go home on time... I’m only writing this review because I just tried going there after making sure google said it was open until 1am, which I thought that maybe it was a mistake, then clicked the link for the website which confirmed it was open until 1am. Also, it’s sort of a conversation topic at work around lunch, and my coworker told me he was in line and heard an employee say in between cars: “why are all these people showing up right now?!” I understand their frustration, I used to work at a pizza place, but I sucked it up because it was my job. Now, if they really do close at midnight, and both google and their website needs to be updated, then this review should be ignored. Otherwise, it needs to be fixed in my opinion.
