As of this moment, I would advise anyone coming here to prepare to wait for a very long time, especially at night. Arrived at 9:15, and as they did not have mobile ordering available due to what I would assume to be because of the large amount of customers, had to go through the drive thru and did not get our drinks until an hour later at 10:15. If going to the Hollister location is a viable option for you, I would probably suggest going there instead for the time being until the “grand opening” influx of people coming to this location dissipates over time. The drinks and workers were both pleasant, no qualms with those aspects. There is one thing I’d like to be worked on, however I am not sure to how much this could be fixed or adjusted. That is the drive thru line set up. As it is, if the drive thru line gets too long, it extends all the way out to the street, even reaching to the nearby intersection. There’s very little from what I can see to fix this, however I would definitely ask management to see if there is way to use more of the parking lot to be used for the line. I can definitely understand this not being able to be done during the day when the nearby businesses are open, but more so for this to be done during the night when said businesses are closed and when that section of the parking lot...

Given the popularity of this chain and them being so far and few between, I was very much anticipating the wait times being described by other disgruntled reviewers as the next closest location is in Hollister. I fail to see why so many other reviews can’t comprehend that these employees are as new as the business. Mistakes will occur, particularly when there are 50-60 people waiting at walkup and at least as many cars in the drive-thru.
During both of my visits, staff were exceptionally kind and positively energetic, especially given the large crowd. It did seem as though they are adapting to the high traffic volume by better designating the walk-up pick-up location and drive-thru overflow. Mobile ordering is turned off when necessary as from what I can gather, having it on in tandem with the long walk-up line and overflowing their queue is what led to many of the issues reported by other reviewers who didn’t receive their drinks. A non-issue for me as if I’m heading there anyway, I don’t care if I have to wait a little longer on my feet.

Read morecame here from MH. was excited to try i did order ahead because i have a baby with me so i assumed my order would be done within the pick up time , i get to dutch bros and i told them i had an order pick up and the girl with the orange red hair was rude and was like they’ll call your name not even asking what my name was or how long it would take , i waited about 25 mins for my order and once i got it mind you i ordered a caramel pumpkin brûlée iced breve and i put on the app that i wanted cookie butter and upon receiving my drink it had no cookie butter and when i asked one of the workers was like its not on your order when i clearly on the app paid extra for it , they added the cookie butter and i tried my drink it tasted just straight up MILK. what’s the point of being a coffee shop if your coffee doesn’t taste like coffee??? i tried giving it the benefit of doubt that if i maybe mixed the drink it’ll taste a bit better...
