Doordash swapped my order from here with another persons. I went to the store, at 8:50pm. Asked them to remake it, asked them about a refund. The older woman working that night (03/05/21,) agreed to remake the food but said Doordash need to refund. Turns out she is correct. However, she closed the window after our convo, and preceded to loudly berate me and the other person who had ordered thru Doordash as well. I could clearly hear her, as she stated its my fault, because I ordered Doordash and fast food at such a late time. She failed to realize that I had just gotten off of work, around 8pm, and I didnt have time to make dinner for myself.
The woman carried on for sometime, as it took 15min to make the food. Saying all kinds of rude things. I finally had enough, and knocked hardly on the window. I demanded my food, and informed the woman that I had heard every word she had said. She stated that she did not care, and that she wasnt even talking about me. Who in the hell else, could she have been talking about??? Completely unprofessional, regardless.
The woman slammed the window in my face, and a male employee approached me to talk. He was skinny, looked like a crackhead, and told me to just calm down, and that I have no reason to be upset. The woman then yelled from the background, "Dont him his damn and tell him to get out of here." I told the male employee to hand me my food (by this time it was done) and he hesitated. With some bass, I reiterated that he needed to give me my food, that I paid $30 for, before things escalated fo a point that nobody wanted it to. He ablidged. There was also a younger female present, but she quiet and polite when I dealt with her upon arrival. It was the older, grey haired, skinny lady that is the problem.
She needs to be fired IMMEDIATELY! I have been a customer for years, but you've lost my business for good. Ill be contacting...

However your girl Kaitlyn I believe her name is felt the need to be leaning over the counter to finish her text a hot minute before taking my money then when she finally got to the window not even a hello just negative as hell. She then went back to texting before deciding to mop and then it wasn't even her that handed me money. The very next day I return to give your business another chance. Considering the texting thing was only my second time at your place. Anyway the next day I was greeted by a wonderful gal named shay. Y'all best give her a raise we had a nice chat about my experience and she apologize and was so very nice to me and was standing at the window to greet me the second I pulled up. You better give shay a raise for having to deal with the attitude like that...
