Gave us the wrong pizza spoke to owner Scott Nelson said he would give us another family style pizza since how it was such an inconvenience, as for how far away we was. When I called to get my pizza they had there doors locked before 6pm on christmas eve. Called ahead to make sure it was made. We spoke with TJ Jenkins is what she said her name was. She proceeded to argue about it as my wife was on the phone arguin with her I was knocking on the door at 5:50pm which was locked. She raised he voice was disrespectful and completely lied as me and my wife caught her in, as she contradicted herself numerous times. We have gotten Papa Murphy’s salads and pizzas for as long as it has been there on North Oak. Always given excellent friendly service and I feel like I’m part of the family when I walk in there. Their pizzas are second to none because you build them and they just put them together and you bake them at home fresh anyway you want to. Add salad lovers. Their salads are individually made to order and my wife and I usually get one salad and split it with one pizza but if you just wanna make a salad your dinner, it is more than enough quality ingredients to make a meal.. I have tried other pizza places the last one Papa John’s did not have 2/3 of the ingredients on a very simple chicken barbecue pizza. I have ordered food from this location for YEARS, but they lost me as a customer. I ordered a salad, large pizza, and Smores dessert through Doordash. We started to eat the salad, and, thank goodness, I noticed the FURRY clumps of diced tomatoes before ingesting any. (see pic) Salads are eaten raw, so we could have gotten sick from the rotten produce! And, I checked the date on the salad container, which said it needed to be sold by that day's date. Obviously, if you put old ingredients in a salad and call it fresh, you're wrong. Freshly made and fresh ingredients are two different things. So, since I cannot trust this restaurant with my health and safety, I won't be ordering...
