Never coming here again. First time at this Dunkin’, its 2pm and not very busy at all. From outside the location looks appealing, but upon entry, you are met with sticky, filthy floors. The hallway to the bathrooms is completely flooded, rendering anyone unable to use the bathroom. They are nearly completely out of donuts despite not closing for another 10 hours, the MANAGER was working register and he snipped at us as we were looking at donuts, ordering us over to the register he was at. I told him twice that we were still looking and he still asked us what we wanted. When I said we were still looking a final time he looked annoyed and served the customer behind us. When we finally ordered about 2 mins later, we had ordered 3 donuts, a frozen coffee with caramel swirl, and the new Strawberry Cosmic Coolatta. He gave us our donuts and motioned us to move towards the end to get our drinks. We waited about 3 minutes for the coffee only and it didn't have any caramel or whipped cream. It tasted a bit off like it was rushed, but still pretty fine. We kept waiting for another 3 or 4 minutes and the manager comes over and asks us why we are still waiting. I tell him we still don’t have the Coolatta, he looks visibly confused and we wait another minute. He hands me a messy looking purple-y Coolatta. I take it and think “it looks crazy, but so did the coffee and that was alright”. I walk outside and take my first sip and spit it out. It tastes like syrup and water, completely melted. I grew up enjoying summer Coolattas and visiting Dunkin’ very often with my mother. This is a sad excuse for service, drinks, and a location. Absolutely disappointed, will...
Read moreThis is the worst Dunkin in town. In the last three months I would say I have gotten more coffees that do not make Sense no matter how much details you give the employees they just make the coffee how they feel like it. You tell them three sugars three cream they do five just makes no sense. When a coffee is made not everyone can just check it out and taste it on the spot especially when you’re buying coffees for other people as well so the expectations are very standard to just make what is ordered. Just a few weeks ago I had a coffee that was flavored with a seasonal flavor and they acted like I made it up and had the space myself I had to convince one of the employees to smell the car so they could understand and they still didn’t really care they just all laughed about it and made me a new latte these coffees are just too much money to be getting ruined 90% of the time that I go there every day is always a new flavor except the one I ordered the only time this goes smooth is during the day when the owner or the franchise owner is there after that it’s a free-for-all they are never following rules they’re always arguing with each other in there about masks and other rules this location does not go good without strict management wait by far the worst...
Read moreI intensely dislike this Dunkin Donuts. Many times the staff has been rude. A woman named "Olga" is particularly rude and I actively avoid going in when I know she is working. At those times I go up the road and get my coffee for 99 cents at the Cumberland Farms. I also find Nino, the manager, to be very lacking in leadership skills. It almost seems as if he just hires friends and relatives and then allows them to totally suck at their jobs. Many of the staff members speak Spanish and I think they assume most of the customers don't understand their conversations, however, because I work in the medical profession I minored in Spanish in college and I have caught comments and bits of conversations where the staff was making insulting remarks about certain customers. Some of the staff members openly appear to be hostile towards other staff members and it is actually uncomfortable to see. I feel it is simply time to permanently take my business elsewhere. Many places offer coffee at...
