Buffalo Wild Wings 'GO' — Restaurant in Glendale

Where do I start. I didn’t even get to place an order at this place. I tried to place an order by phone at 10pm. Says online that they are open until 2am. I tried online and only lets me order for 10:30am the next day. I decide to call and place an order. I call and no one even answered with saying that the place was Buffalo Wild Wings. I proceed to place a simply 10pc wing order with fries and a drink. I wanted to use the free 6pc wing promo code to and was told I could not. I kid you not, it took 15 minutes for them to even get remotely close to what I wanted to order. The guy had absolutely no idea what he was doing and kept telling me to wait a minute or two in between telling him what sauce I wanted. I decided to hang up as no “To Go place” should take more than 2 minutes to place an order. Worst ordering experience of my life. Can’t even rate the food, but the service was a negative 5...

Horrible!!!! If I could give this business a zeo star I would've. The guy at the front was literally digging in his nose while talking with me. I should have never picked up my preorder food but I did. After getting home I took one bite out of a wing and it tasted like an old dried wing. I tried another one and it tasted the same. It wasn't just the skin it was the actual meat that was hard. I've purchased wings from Buffalo wild wings before and it has never tasted like these wings. The fries were also hard and cold. I couldn't believe how horrible the food was. I called to complain and I was immediately told, "There's nothing we can do, that's the standard". Yikes. Placed my order, and was told it would be 10-15 mins. I went for a quick grocery run across the street and after 50 mins they had the food done but did not package it up. By the time I got it everything was cold. Also, witnessed a woman who ordered in front of me come back in and show that there was hair in her food. She asked for a refund and the staff just tried giving her more of the same food. She was a little aggressive, but I get it when your food is unsanitary. Other customers in there at the same time also had issues. Probably won’t be going back. Update, upon returning home they forgot our fries after looking through our entire check.
