Out of all of the locations are frequented this is probably the most mediocre out of the Milwaukee area. Every time I come in and they don’t acknowledge people entering or welcome them which is something I’ve noticed they do at other locations (“Welcome to Crumbl!”).

Today I had a pick up order and I must’ve pressed the “I’m Here” button a little early I could see here the singular cookie box on the counter, but everyone in the lobby was served before I was. Finally as he boxed the order for the final family in the lobby I had a chance to intercept the young black man with the dreads attention to ask about my order. He said, and I quote “I called it out! You ain’t hear me?” Obviously not, so I said no… it was a pretty uncomfortable interaction almost like he was scolding me when honestly I shouldn’t have had to intercept him in the first place. When he noticed I was the last person lobby maybe he should’ve said are you here for a pick up order I would’ve introduce myself as Angel we could’ve concluded that interaction.

The last time I came in I paid extra to have a happy birthday sticker put on a specific cookie so I could give it to a friend, and the aforementioned cookie was labeled appropriately in the order. When I received the order, the cookies were switched and I had to delicately swap the cookies back to their appropriate boxes. A little frustrating considering I paid a dollar extra outside have the sticker stuck on the correct box. A lot frustrating considering the lack of customer service I generally receive at this particular location. I typically choose it because it is closer as far as proximity goes, but that’s all.

I definitely think they could use more teaching and coaching as far as customer service goes at this location also regardless of the weather conditions — the floor is always dirty and that’s something that I’m commonly asked when I get the review surveys in the mobile app and at this location I always have to say I was not only not welcomed or greeted, but the floor was dirty too.

In addition to that if you’ve been to other locations the lobby area is not only oddly shaped but it’s very cramped. Most of the space is taken up by the winding line area with maybe 6 square feet for the pickup/waiting area. There is also no curbside pickup available so your only choice is to be wait like a pack of sardines for your turn!

Maybe I’ll try delivery instead in the future otherwise now I’ll be returning the same energy. I’ve given it enough chances to understand this is just the general attitude at this location. I also resent that the app asks for tips at the time of your order because it should truly ask at the time of pickup so you can tip accordingly in direct relation to your...

Crumbl Cookies Blue Monster: I’ve seen Crumbl all over social media this past year and until my first visit back in August I did not understand the hype. I think cookies are alright, but there are other desserts that are far superior in my opinion. Crumbl rotates their flavors on a weekly basis but depending on the flavor some are absolutely amazing (still over-priced though). Lucky for me, one of the hospital units I cover happened to be indulging in Crumbl and I was lucky enough to get a piece of the "Blue Monster" to try. Crumbl's official description is that this is a brown sugar, semi-sweet chocolate chip cookie covered in a creamy blue vanilla flavored frosting decorated with CHIPS AHOHY! pieces. The only thing scary about the Blue Monster is how addicting it is. That blue frosting is incredibly thick, creamy, and obviously sweet. I found the cookie itself had a buttery flavor and hints of chocolate from the chips. It was slightly crunchy at the periphery and soft and chewy (yay!) towards the middle. Speaking of middle, this cookie was thick. My only complaint is that as good as it was, $5 is pricey for a cookie. As delicious as this monstrously sweet cookie was I still like their caramel popcorn cookie slightly better (Crumbl's cream cheese frosting is hard to compete with, plus it had liquid caramel). Doughboy approved My Crumbl Cookie Rankings Caramel Popcorn Blue Monster Peanut Butter Nougat *These are the only three I've tried to...

I usually visit the Menomonee Falls location and will start going back there moving forward. There is no greet when you walk into the door. All of the employees, at least 5, are standing around talking and joking, prepping cookies, placing their own take home order and prepping boxes and melting chocolate while there’s a lobby full of people (15-20) and only one person actually putting orders together. There our customers coming in, obviously not familiar with placing your own order so they spend time standing around, waiting for someone to take their order, Only to find out there’s a kiosk to do it. I placed my order online ahead of time ready for pick up at 6:50 arrived at 7:00 And waited 20 minutes for my order to be prepared. What initially brought me to Crumbl over and over again was the atmosphere you when you walk in there is hello and just good vibes but...

I went to Crumbl for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I didn’t know what to expect but quickly figured it out. The store is always busy, and I always see people with pink boxes in the vicinity so I just had to go. I was a little shocked at the workers and baking area. It was disheveled and looked quite unorganized. They were out of some of the flavors, and the workers just seemed very uninterested in their product and their jobs. It was so discouraging as I was so excited about going. The servers weren’t rude at all. The worker’s lack of job quality does not make me want to go back. Leadership really needs to provide a better environment for their employees if they want the customers to have a top notch experience.

So what made me go up there was the wild berry cheesecake cookies. Drove all the way there. Not close at all. And got these. I compared them to the displays and was told the icing melted 🫠 well geeze. That's not my problem and I didn't pay for melted nasty looking cookies. So I resued them. I couldn't even begin to tell toy how confused the person was helping me, almost like they were refusing to believe my cookies should look like this, I ended up leaving without the cookies I drove all the way there to get. If I could give -5 stars I would. Smh. No refund either. .
