I hope this message finds you well. I'm a long-time Qdoba customer, and I am reaching out with great disappointment over an incredibly negative experience I encountered at one of your establishments.
At 9:30 pm on November 29, 2023, I entered the Bayshore Mall Qdoba branch, seeking a meal for my family. Despite being considerate due to the late hour, my initial inquiry about the store's operating status was met with a blunt and rude "no" from one of your younger female employees. Choosing to be understanding, I left promptly.
To my surprise, the same employee gestured for me to return, indicating a possible correction. Upon re-entering, I was confronted with a chaotic scene – four young employees engaged in a heated argument over the phone with what I assume was a manager, neglecting any acknowledgment or assistance for me, the customer.
Regrettably, during this exchange, a racially insensitive term was used by one of the employees, which was both shocking and inappropriate. Subsequently, when someone finally attended to my order, the lack of basic courtesy continued. The employee appeared visibly annoyed, did not use gloves, and failed to greet me.
In a distressing turn of events, the employee coughed twice into the bowl designated for my order, leaving me appalled. Whether intentional or not, such behavior is entirely unacceptable, especially considering my intention to purchase three bowls for my family.
I strongly urge you to review the surveillance footage from [to witness the deplorable conduct of your staff. As a loyal Qdoba customer and a vegan, I chose your establishment specifically due to dietary restrictions, and this experience has left me questioning the integrity of your service.
In light of this ordeal, I kindly request compensation for the time and distress caused by the gross mistreatment from your employees. I believe that addressing and rectifying such issues is crucial to maintaining the reputation and loyalty of your brand.

Read moreGo to literally any other Qdoba because this one is just NOT worth it. Every time I’ve been here it’s been something. The first time, the staff would not let me put queso inside the quesadilla I was ordering, which I’ve been able to do at EVERY other location I’ve visited nationwide. A few months later (last week) I decided to give it another chance, and I put in an online order. I saw them making the entree, but they handed me the bag without the entree in it which I only realized after I had arrived at my next destination. Thankfully, Qdoba’s online support team resolved this quickly and gave me a free entree coupon. The final straw was today, when I put in an online order for pickup. I ordered a burrito, large salsa roja + chips, and a large queso + chips. I was handed my order when I asked for it, and I checked it before I left the store. Nothing seemed amiss so I left and continued to my destination. The entree was fine, my burrito was made exactly how it was ordered and tasted fine. However, upon opening the rest of the bag, I discovered only one SMALL bag of chips for the two large dips when I paid $10 total for two SEPARATE orders of chips and dip. The chips tasted and felt like cardboard. Secondly, the tag says roja salsa on it, but they gave me a container of roasted tomato salsa. Not the end of the world, but given that this is a location with repeat offenses, I have much less patience for it. Thirdly, when I opened the queso, it was grainy, off-color, and CLEARLY not mixed well (pictures attached.)
The fact that this keeps happening is beyond disappointing, especially given the fact that so many other people are on here expressing the same sentiment. All I have ever experienced at this Qdoba is a lack of care and attention from the employees. Order food from literally ANYWHERE ELSE at Bayshore because this Qdoba is NOT worth your time...
Read moreI visited this store four times. The first two times were adequate. The 3rd time I ordered online. I waited in the store for 40 minutes after the scheduled pick up time to get the 3 meals. I went to the counter 3 times to ask about my order. When the order was finally made, they wouldn't even take a dollar off for my 40 min wait. I got home and the order was missing the gauc, the cheese quesedilla was burnt, and the sides were missing for the quessidilla. I talked to the store manager the next day and he refunded the whole cost of the order. I called the regional office and they also apologized for the horrendous wait, rude staff, and unorganized meal preparation (don't continue to make walk up orders when you have a 40 min late order!!!). They sent me two free meal vouchers in the mail. I went to use the vouchers a couple months later and noticed the free meal vouchers had already expired. I asked the manager on before I ordered if she would take them. She didn't know so she called the store manager. Allegedly, the store manager said not to take them (not sure if she actually made the call because she went in back). Wow. I called store 15 minutes after I left and asked to leave a voicemail for the store manager. The manager on duty told me she didn't know how to do that and then hung up on me. I called back and let it ring for 10 minutes with no answer. The service at this store is terrible,...
