Consuming boba should fill you with caloric happiness, but not today. I left feeling like Sasuke being tortured by Itachi. Oh the pain! How can you mess up boba tea?!?!

It wasn't busy, but they still managed to prepare the beverages incorrectly. One drink consisted of popping boba, instead of lychee jelly. The other beverage contained some other tea flavor that wasn't ordered. It has a odd chemical flavor, with hard lifeless boba clumped at the bottom.

The lid wasn't closed, so a decent amount poured onto the pickup counter. Or maybe the liquid was tying to spare me from drinking the entire cup of despair, by escaping through the open lid. I shall never know.

I wouldn't return to this...

I order four drinks that came up to almost 40$ they decided to make my drinks after making five other customers drinks then I asked if our drinks would be madeEMIKY stated it is easier to make 1 or 2 drinks before we make four drinks you ordered four so we can make lesser orders first we continued to wait I guess she felt update when I said that’s ok I will make a complaint she took cream and milk and gave it to us with no cherry almond at all this was s horrible experience to a place I come to every weekend we ordered two strawberry and two cherry almond she gave us two cream and milk no cherry almond EMILY OR THE BLOND HSIR GIRL THAT WOTKED ON...

I'm new to the area and went for for the first time today. I was so excited to treat my husband and myself to some boba. We were both SUPER disappointed! My classic milk tea was bland, watery, totally lacking in flavor. My husband's strawberry tea was undrinkable! The strawberry tasted bitter and nothing like strawberry. He couldn't finish it and I honestly couldn't either. Service was fine and atmosphere was okay. I guess if you've never had boba before, you might enjoy what's served? But we didn't and I'm still on the lookout for a good boba...
