We Went here November 2016 and we order 2 pizza togo and it took over a hour to make our order. They then forgot to make one of the two pizza. We had to wait even more time and the staff was careless and inattentive.
We decide to give this Dominos a second chance and this time our experience was even worst. When we showed up there was a lady that was upset because of slow turn around and a wrong order. The guy at the front ask if she wanted the order corrected and she said yes. We then order cheese bread and brownies figuring this would be an easy task for them. The guy told us it should take 10-15 minutes. We walk around for 15 minutes then came back. The lady that was there before asked if her pizza was ready. The staff looked around then told her they forgot to make it again. Unbelievable! She then stormed out. We looked up at the board and our order was 8 minutes away from being done. We didn't care too much because it was busy and looked like it was very poorly managed. We waited our minutes but our order was not ready. We gave it more time then asked the manager who indicated it was 2 minutes away. We waited 10 minutes and asked again. One of the guys looked around and it was clearly still not ready. At the point we requested our money back. This place clearly needs better management and staff. I hate to write bad reviews but this place...

Falling upon much harder times recently, and being naive as to the available resources in this area, have been forced into hunger situations that have found me tactfully begging establishments for leftover and throw away orders to be able to eat. Knowing and recognizing this establishment is somewhere that I have been several times and knowing that they might recognize me as a regular customer previously, I thought the worst that could happen if I asked them for a leftover or throw away order, is that they wouldn't have any, would say "no". I was wrong, as the tall night manager shook his head almost violently, while simultaneously making very aggressive eye contact with me and flicking his finger toward the door aggressively, to say "no" when the cashier looked back at him, subsequent to me asking her about potential leftover and throw away orders. Wow. No words. Only disappointment and persisting hunger. I'll be back on my feet in no time, and I'm sad to say I won't be spending...
Read moreThis is the third order in a row that has been missing one of the two sauces that I ordered. This time I made sure to order the sauce separately from the chicken order to make sure it was not missed. I figured it may be easy to miss the second sauce on the chicken order if you are packing the order in a rush. I thought if I added it separately, the chicken would have been packaged with its sauce and then the extra ranch would have been grabbed. I called the store immediately and let them know, they told me they would send out the sauce with their next driver. After waiting 30 minutes, I called the store to get an ETA on the new sauce. They had no idea about what I was talking about. He then made it sound like it was issue that I was asking for the sauce that I had paid for and that it would take another 30-45 minutes to receive because "they are really busy at the moment." It's really sad because we fell in love with ordering Domino's because the order is always accurate and delivered quickly. After being proven that this is a consistent issue, I will have second thoughts about ordering from this location again...
