The Green Solution — Local services in Glendale

This is the first time I have ever felt compelled to write to a review. I have worked in customer service/sales for 8+ years and have great respect for people who work in customer service. It is a hard job, especially when you have rude customers. However, that was not the case at The Green Solution's Glendale location. It was the first time I had to wait in line at the store. It was a fun line, people were joking and laughing with strangers. While in line I heard one of the workers ask if anyone had ordered online. It was the first time I heard from the staff so I made sure to raise my hand and say we ordered online. To this the employee glared at me and started complaining about the customers. He went on a rant stating that we were trying to shut the store down and then gave us information about how your store locations would still be open tomorrow. I did not know this information. If I had known I would have waited for a later time to come by so the workers would not be overly stressed (I know the feeling). If the staff told me before I started waiting in line and I would have happily come back at a later time. No big deal. However, this employee went on to insult customers waiting in line. Stating that “they should take an IQ test before their allowed to come in”. His speech was humiliating. He stated that everyone waiting in line was high on Sativa and stupid because of it. I was embarrassed and angry. It was clear that no one in line was high and it was degrading to the customers. Before he went on his rant we were all talking and joking around waiting for our turn to go in the store. After no one spoke to each other. In all my years in sales, I have never seen an employee interact this way with customers. I would have been fired or brought to the back to talk to the manager. However, it seemed like this guy was the manager or someone high up because other staff members seemed uneasy. Tall, skinny, brownish/blonde hair. Wasn’t working behind the desk, just complained at customers and micromanaged the workers. All in all, I will not be coming back to the location due to this experience. Local competitors have better customer service. The Green Solution is a business that does not respect its customers. The entire set up feels like a business...

Start off by saying this is my go to dispensary and I’ve been using them since moving to the area in December. Never had any complaints until today. I walked in after placing an online order. (I noticed online they didn’t have my usual order in stock totally okay I ordered something else) but I noticed my regular selection was in the display I promptly notified my bud tender and walked in. I of course wanted to switch to my regular order and they were more than happy to do that. Lately this has happened where products in store don’t match online, every other time my budtender just checks and gives me the cool order online %15 off deal I try and get every time. My bud tender notified me they had nothing to do with online stuff and couldn’t give me the discount even tho the product wasn’t available for online order. I tried to explain I’ve done this before but immediately was met with agitated and defensive posture. I had no choice but to either paymore or take what I ordered. Ultimately I’m just frustrated because I really love this dispensary and the deals it extends as well as the large variety of...

I have to make a serious edit: since it won't let me make a second review I'll edit this one, I have to give an outstanding ovation to Shelton! I didn't think it was possible to find someone else so knowledgeable and kind as this man! Everytime I come to visit the store he's always there making everyone smile! He has a talent for getting you excited about the products you are purchasing and keeps you excited about your next visit! Keeping people like this around will definitely keep my repeates visits!
