I come here practically on a weekly basis. Never before had I been refused service until 06-27-2022. Due to me having my service dog with me. As I walked in the lady at the front stated that they do not allow pets inside, when I have seen other people bring dogs before. Once again my dog is a trained and registered service dog due to a disability I have that is not visible when you look at me. I mentioned to her that my dog is a registered service dog and showed her his badge. With hesitation she let me walk in. Before I was able to sit down, some other man working there approached me and told me that they don't have a problem with the dog, however, they had a problem with me and would not be able to service me. He actually thought by him stating it in those words, they would legally be clear of any lawful action that can be taken. Little does he know, by him stating, they have a problem with me and will not be able to service me, in the court of law, means they are refusing to service me due to the disability I have. I stated to him, since my service dog is clearly the issue I will go put him in my car and come back. Surely I did, and they did not have an issue with me staying. They have cameras at there facility that can prove the entire scenario. Fortunately, I was there with two good friends who were witnesses to the entire situation. My main concern is, what if someone came in with a very sever disability that absolutely needed there service dog next to them at all times. Thankfully, my disability is not something that is on going 24 hours a day. When my disability starts effecting me, I take my service dog with me because he is there to aid in my disability. By an place of establishment separating me from my service dog, puts my life and mental...
Read moreAgainst city codes, ABC, and police dept., this place plays loud excessive music in a residential neighborhood. Their alcoholic services and sales for outside on the patio has been revoked, the music is not supposed to be heard outside the premises. We can hear the music inside our apartments from 4:00-12:00am during the 7 day week, and on Sunday it has brunch from 11:30am to 3:00pm. They have been reported to the assist.attorney attorney, but nothing has been done, they refuse to give me the codes that effect are home so they can be prosecuted in a court of law. The Business name is under Graff By Gennaro, thse primary owner is DeJa Vu restaurant and banquet, inc., there has not been any disciplinary action against them yet for the LOUD EXCESSIVE NOISE, espeially the drums and bass. We are unable to have our windows open to enjoy the nice breeze because of the extreme loud noise that can be heard through out our apartments even with the windows closed. I'm praying that GOD in HIS Grace and Mercy, shut this place down. It does not belong in our residential neighborhood, and we won't stop until it is closed down since they refuse to follow the orders of the police, the ABC, the BBB and the Federal Labor Board has joined our...
Read moreI like the atmosphere at this place, it is outdoor seating with very youngish vibe. Went few times so far the weekdays are less crowded than weekends, I do recommend reservation on a weekend especially if you are going after 7 pm cause otherwise you will have to wait, if you go there walk in at 6 you will be fine with no wait. They offer big range of hookah options, also many cocktail options, but food is limited for maybe 4 type of entrees and sandwiches, I like their appetizers. For your appitizer I would recommend the buffalo bites, brussel sprouts and Calamari. I love the way the serve the tea there so I usually do tea and hookah. Park outside and walk of you do not want to get vallet. Service is not the best, seats are dirty but place and food and everything...
