Paapaiii Bbq - Glendale — Restaurant in Glendale

I wish there was a zero star this place have the worst service ever absolutely no customer service. They also cheat you make sure you look at your bill before you pay, on there menu they have prices but they actually charge you more then the price is I confronted them and they kept arguing with me saying we increased our prices what a scam. Also order baked potatoes and they were undercooked and I asked them to make it more crispy and they told me it was my fault and try to charge me for one more bad service. I hope they read this and change there attitude and they know exactly who I am. Funny thing is I tipped them more then 25% every time I went there but they probably will shut done in a few years...

I wish I could give 0 for customer service, had to wait 15 minutes so someone would appoach us, but instead my daughter went and asked for a menu, no onr cares fot the customers , employees are soo rude , we just got up and left without being served, the worst experience I had for the last 44 years I have been going to restaurants in LA, I guess it’s armenian style you have to know the owner to get good service. Telling all my friends to stay away from this place, stop with your nonsense advertising and start educating your employees mr. owner. Took our business to another place with best customer service, learn how to treat your customers to stay...

I recently visited Paapaiii bbq for a takeout order, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The waiting time was excessively long, well beyond the promised pick-up time. To make matters worse, the staff handling my order were unprofessional and seemed disorganized. It was clear that they were overwhelmed, but there was no effort to communicate the delays or apologize for the inconvenience.

While the food might be good, the poor service and long waiting times are a big letdown. I hope the management can address these issues to improve the overall...
