I used to Love this place when it first opened. I used to go like 3 times a week it was that good! Then one day I had a bad experience. I scheduled my food for pickup and it was super cold when I got there at the agreed time for pickup. I thought maybe it was an off day. So I ate it cold. I have since ordered 5 times after and the muffins quality has decreased over time. Its still good but NEVER add avocado 🥑. They used to actually give you avocado. Now its like 2 tiny skinny slivers. And its expensive! But my biggest disappointment is the hashbrowns. 😢 they used to be SO GOOD!!! Now they taste like they've been fostbitten before they heated them up or like they were from the day before and they just re-heated it. Like they taste old not fresh. And I have mentioned it to them before asking if they could make a fresh batch bc its always the same. And they always say yes, but its the same quality. It wasn't like that before. This place used to be phenomenal. Like the perfect alternative to that McDonald's breakfast bc it was...
Read moreThis is one of my favorite places to go for breakfast or lunch. The food is always delicious and the employees are the friendliest around. Love you guys!
However, on 8/3/24 around 10:40 I had an extremely uncomfortable experience with 1 particular employee. I ordered 2 coffees - 1 with oat milk (I'm lactose intolerant) and 1 with regular milk (my wife is allergic to oat milk). When I picked up my order, the delightful girl at the front noted that they had not been marked so we could tell them apart. When she asked the man who made the coffees which was which he treated her with an extremely disrespectful attitude saying he didn't have time to remake them and walked away from her without trying to remedy the situation. The poor girl was distraught so I just took the coffees as is. This behavior was not at all aligned with our past experiences and that man does a disservice to the Muffin Can Stop Us brand as long as he continues to treat his fellow teammates with such...
Read moreOutdoor seating dog friendly! I'm in Glendale quite often and every time I pass by this place its always busy, arrived on a Sunday around 730am. Decided to treat the fam so it wasn't a surprise when the bill came out to about $60+ tip for 5 sandos and 4 hash browns! I really had high hopes for this place and I have to say the Redemption Sausage - Chicken Sausage, Cheddar, Egg, Aioli and the Classic Americano - Crispy Bacon, cheddar, egg and Aioli was good but not great!
I was very disappointed with the hashbrowns that were advertised as seasoned with ranch dressing, not only did they taste old even though they just opened but the seasoning was lacking. The hashbrowns are reminiscent of those you buy at Smart and Final, Vallarta, El super, Walmart that come in a pack then all you gotta do is throw it in the hot oil but these seemed air fried to keep them healthier which change the crispiness profile.... Add it to your sando maybe it'll help.
Down to give them...
