Katsu-Moto — Restaurant in Glendale

I recently dined at Katsumoto, the new Japanese restaurant in town, and I couldn't be more impressed. From start to finish, my experience was exceptional. The manager came by to check on the all the food and drinks giving her own personal touch on the service; icing on the already wonderful cake.

The service was impeccable, with the staff being attentive and friendly without being intrusive. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable dining experience.

Now, let's talk about the food! The ingredients were incredibly fresh, and it showed in every dish. Each bite was bursting with flavor, and the presentation was a work of art. Whether you're a sushi lover or prefer hot dishes, Katsumoto has something to satisfy every palate.

I highly recommend Katsumoto to anyone looking for top-notch Japanese cuisine with outstanding service. It's a gem of a restaurant, and I can't wait to return for another...

I was disappointed in this place as I was excited to have a new sushi place by my house. Let me start off by saying the service was good, but that's were it ends the sushi was below average, especially for the price point. Also, you get charged for every sauce you request, like spicy mayo or ponzu. And the spicy edamame we're sweet like they had bbq sauce on them not spicy at all. Save ur time and go somewhere...
