This place is horrible with horrible service. They are always rude and look and sound like they are doing the community a favor by running a business. They will get orders wrong and pretend that its not their fault. I order the same thing every time Chicken Salad Sandwich. The first issue i had was when i ordered my sandwich and brought it back to my office opened it to put in salt and pepper, there was 3 pieces of hair. I took pictures of it as proof and called them back to have them make me a new one and that i was on my way. When speaking with them over the phone i was told that they don't have anyone that works on site that has white hair even though 2 of the others that were sticking out were black. Might have been the mayo on the white one. By the way, the sandwich and the salad were not touched. Just was about to start eating when i found the hairs. By the way, they didn't believe me on the phone until i took the whole thing back untouched with all the hairs stickling out. A simple request not to put the salad dressing on the salad during the covid-19 and my request is always ignored. I called in today to tell them to make another sandwich again so i can pickup without the dressing all over my sandwich and the lady that was working the morning shift was already upset and started to blame who ever made the sandwich. I motioned to her that she was the one that took my order and there is only 2-3 people in the shop and no other customers. She hung up the phone and after 9-10 attempts to call back they will not pickup the phone. I will never go back to the place. Attached is the picture of the issue from today with...
Read moreWas in the area and decided to try this coffee shop instead of going to Starbucks. We ordered coffee and pastries & a crepe. We got our pastries right away and the crepe within 10min. So we figured coffee was on its way. Nope 20 min went by before two lattes came out still missing 2 americanos. When one of the girls there brought over something for another customer. I told her it’s over 20 min now and I’m still missing 2 of the coffees she just yeah I know. Finally the americanos were brought over by a different girl/lady she said sorry about that but we lost power and the expresso machine is broken so we are using one from home. Made no sense and if that was the case why not tell the customer when ordering so at least we know what to expect. Then the first girl came back over with 2 chocolate eggs for each of my kiddos. WTH! So you screw up and a chocolate is suppose to make it better. Mind you one of my kids ate his crepe with a cup of water if not he would have had a cold crepe since coffee was brought out 25-30min later. First and last time there. Regretted not going to Starbucks. Left and left them their chocolate eggs let them enjoy them and feel better for screwing up. Totally do...
Read moreDon’t bother going here if you are alone with a dog. They are completely unwilling to accommodate ordering. My dog barks if I leave her alone for very long, and I asked if I could order from the door, then tie her up and come in to pay so I wouldn’t have to stay in for very long and have her bark and bother other the customers sitting outside. The place was empty and I had been there several times before. I guess they are more concerned about someone ordering and leaving without food than keeping a customer. Update: “Not the industry standard” is a poor excuse for the literal five steps it takes to get across their “lobby”. Successful businesses think outside the box to accommodate their customers, not act like they’re doing you a favor by allowing you to spend your money there. It’s understandable that what I was asking wouldn’t be an option if the place was full, and I wouldn’t have asked if it was. But it was empty, and alternate scenarios were never part of the conversation. Attitude and communication...
