I came in as well in the evening as there was a line the management of the Fry's called someone away during a major rush and left this other woman alone as I have seen her often alone in the stand. She is quick friendly and does the work of 3-4 people. The Brista was very professional despite the store management shorting her again on staff. I come in here often to see her working alone as she seems to work the evening shift. I think her name was Tiffany or Tammy... something like that, I know it began with a T for certain. From what I have witnessed over the last few weeks she and another one named Kathy I think is being taken advantage of by this store and really deserve better jobs that accent their skills. I don't see why, if there is a mere two of them, on more than one occasion they get called to go work elsewhere while the Starbucks is full of customers... yet I never have yet to see the reverse of this... others being called in to help out in Starbucks when THEY are overwhelmed. There are times that really there should be at least 3-4 people working and yet I have NEVER seen more than two... and that is if I am luck. The normal is one person behind the stand. Why is it when I go to other kiosks I see 2-4 and NEVER 1? The 5 stars is for those workers who put up with the conditions that Fry's puts on them. Read moreI came in today and again I found this extremely friendly woman running the Kiosk by herself yet again. She was running her little feet off to get everyone served and keep the place cleaned. When I use to frequent this place they always had two people on staff, but as of late they have been having one person at the Kiosk doing the work of two. Most of the time it's this person named Tiffany I find doing it alone, although I have seen it happen to a couple of others. I wonder why they have only this one person running the stands and putting double the work load on them while paying them half the salary or wages? I have had friends ask if Starbucks is hiring here and they were told no, yet they are constantly understaffed. Why is this, and why is it expected that one individual do the work what has been for years the job of two? As for Tiffany Kait and Kira (Sorry if I botched anyone's names) yall are awesomesauce!! Management... you should fix the understaffed Kiosk before you loose such clearly...
Read moreTiffany has the WORST customer service I have ever seen!!!! She is extremely rude and has absolutely ZERO manners in person and on the phone! She's very short with her words and makes such an ugly starbucks experience. I have never felt so disrespected at a starbucks before. Usually the baristas are so super friendly. When telling Tiffany about the bad experience, her excuse to me was that she had another costumer, but the previous customer had left with their drink before she even took our order. If you hate your job, leave and get a new one that has no customer service needed because that's clearly NOT what you're good at!!!! Not sure who's doing the hiring at this location but maybe they need to look into someone with better customer service and makes customers...
