I was excited to use my coupon for my buy a smoothie get a free food item. I brought it to the counter and the girl said “we don’t have that food item right now so I’ll just give you whatever“. So I tell her I will wait for my friend because she wants a smoothie and will both get a smoothie instead. I told my friend it looks like we get a free smoothie because their app is not working. Then I go up to the counter and we both order a smoothie and she charges me full price and I said I thought you were going to give it to me for free? She said I did not say that and I said you’re most certainly did say that. And then I said well can I just use my coupon then? And the coupon was not working from the Jamba app. So then she brings somebody else over and they both were extremely rude and said we can’t help you the coupon is not working. I said you mean you can’t give me a food item for free when the app clearly says it? She says no we have to have a reason to give you free food. I showed her the coupon from the app and she still would not honor it… Just...
Read moreFirst of all if I could I would leave zero stars. So to start off there was three employees working and someone at the counter that was just standing there. I was waiting in line, so I thought, and then was told at 8:15pm on Tuesday night April the 11th that we were closed. So I checked Google to see if that was true and it said 9pm. So I then walked back up there and said google shows you’re open until 9 and one girl said we’re out of stock and then the other chimed in and said those hours are wrong. So to the owner your employees are running your business into the ground and could have maid another 50 dollars off of me and the other customer that was in front of me that were closed. So I stayed until close to 9 and they’re all still standing around talking to their friend. Just some insight on your awesome employees you have. Hopefully this opens your eyes so you can get some people in there that care about your business...
Read moreWalked up and a gentleman was standing before me, no employees around. He even called out in a loud voice, no response. Couldnt see anyone. I walked to the side of the kiosk and an employee was literally sitting on the counter on her PHONE ignoring us. I taped on the window and told her she had customers! She came from behind the corner she was hiding and waited on both of us, not once a smile, not an apology, just a curt response to my question. At $10.02 for a medium size drink (with no extras) I would think better service would apply. On a more positive note, a young man appeared who was quite pleasant and HELPFUL. Made my drink perfectly! The other employee? Needs to be educated on proper work etiquette, customer service. (AND decided to look at the prices as I got to thinking that $10.02 was extremely high priced. Looks like I was overcharged by several dollars. Do better...
