Spoke to the most condescending wanna be managers named Jeremy as my employees order was over 2 hours late one time and over an hour and half late today. I'm sorry but freaky fast to me means 30 minutes or so not over an hour or over 2 hours. Then I proceeded to explain that I get being short staffed however over 2 hours is not acceptable. Jeremy proceeded to be extremely rude and told me that I do not understand and that I have obviously not worked in restaurant. Well we know why this location is short staffed. If I had a manager like Jeremy I would quit too! What a clown. WOW! My employee didn't get to take my lunch but it's ok because they are short staffed and I don't understand them per Jeremy. My entire office will NEVER order from this location ever again. This location off Colorado Blvd deserves to be shut down since they are so short staffed and Jeremy should not manage a darn thing. So I took it all the way to cooperate and heard back from a nice gentleman who was to forward this issue to the owner of this particular location. Read moreIf I could leave a negative amount of stars I would. Ordered off of Door Dash and my order was confirmed for a delivery time of 18-22 mins. After patiently waiting 1.5 HOURS, we called the store to ask about the progress of the order/an ETA for our delivery. The employee in charge of making deliveries said “I haven’t had a chance to leave the store with your delivery yet. You’ll get it whenever I find time to leave the store.” before rudely hanging up on us. As such, we cancelled our order and we were refunded in Door Dash credits. 2 HOURS after that phone call (3 hours after we were supposed to originally receive our order), the employee in charge of making our delivery showed up with our order to drop off the delivery out of sheer spite. She rudely handed us our (cancelled) delivery of ruined, soggy sandwiches and said “nice and timely” followed by a big sarcastic smile. I am extremely discouraged that individuals with this attitude have access to the food being prepared for customers as well as their home addresses. For reference, the order was placed on April 18th, at 6:56 PM and the the employee that delivered our food showed up at my door a little after 10:00PM, 2 hours after the store closed. I ordered for delivery at 4:47PM today. 6PM rolls around and I call to find out where my sandwich is. Turns out the delivery driver has a flat tire (for some reason there is only 1?) and they don't know where he is or when he will be back. They haven't even made my sandwich yet (an hour and 13 minutes later). They offer for me to come pick up the sub, well.. I chose delivery for a reason. I am at work. So now, I haven't eaten on my twelve hour shift. It's about an hour and a half to my shift being over, so not a whole lot of time to take a break before the clinic closes or to order from another restaurant.
The person I spoke to on the phone offered no apology, just an excuse and no offer of a way to fix the issue. So now I am out $18 dollars until the voided transaction processes and goes back on my card in 3 to 5 business days.
