As someone who frequents other Jimmy John’s locations on a regular basis (weekly basis) I have never had this kind of experience. Of course, here and there there are a few hiccups but it’s always corrected and they are SUPER DUPER nice overall . I came to this location as I happened to be on this side of town. I get the same thing every time. I asked for avocado on my sandwich and I had MAYBE 1/4 of a tablespoon. The bread was definitely a bit stale. Basically zero mayo and the meat wasn’t even put on there like it usually is, as in, most of it didn’t actually make it inside the sandwich. I know that usually they do have the meat coming out but this was just sloppy. I just went and BOUGHT a side of avocado since I was about 3 bites in and I could NOT taste ANY AVOCADO. I didn’t mention my sandwich had none or anything to them. Now usually the container is pretty full. Maybe not all the way but pretty full. When they gave me the container I asked “isn’t this supposed to be full” regretfully after paying $1.50 for it. One of the staff members says “serving size is a table spoon.” As I am holding it up looking at it and then at her. I simply said “okay.” no arguing no anything. I went and finished my food. Honestly just the simple fact of her copping an attitude with me like I was a Karen was very undeserved and rude honestly. Like there is in fact a way you speak to others. Would...
Read moreTerrible sandwich and service!!! I ordered a veggie sandwich and added peppers. When I got home I opened the sandwich and looked in it and I didn’t see any peppers. I drove back up to the restaurant and nicely said, hey I was in here 5 minutes ago and you forgot the peppers on my sandwich. The guy preceded to ask me if I had the sandwich or my receipt I didn’t. I drove all the way back home, wrapped the sandwich up and brought it all the way back up to the store. He looked inside the sandwich, moved the lettuce and there were 3 measly peppers. I am just simply appalled by the service and the sandwich. He seemed like I was trying to con them out of peppers or something with the way he was speaking to me. They have a jar of those peppers - bigger than a gallon in the store, so why was is such a big deal? Then he wouldn’t even add more peppers on the side for me. Not to mention there was barely ANY condiments on the sandwich to begin with. The only thing you could taste on the sandwich was mayo because it was drowning in it. Don’t waste your time at this poorly managed store with rude employees and stingy, deprived, disgusting food. You want a bread sandwich? Head on over to jimmy johns. Don’t ask for peppers, it might...
Read moreI Ordered a sandwich this morning was over an hour.. I live 3 minutes away... But ok things happen.. The disgusting thing is there was other stuff in my sandwich not just deli meat. It was full of wax paper not just one piece it was every layer of meat that was pre sliced on wax paper they put the paper in too and there was small pieces of other stuff I think it was string and something else... So I call the store and tells right off hes not making another and basically tells me to bad.. I wasn't even thinking of getting another especially after that one I was calling to tell him he has a quality control problem and should talk to whoever is making them etc but he was worried over $12... Pathetic.. And yes I do have pics. Back to...
