Waited over an hour for our food and we are 4 mins away. This is not the first time. My co-workers and I have called to complain before because our order would arrive and our bread would be dripping and soggy. I was told about 2 months ago that they are making changes and apologize for the long delays and it was unacceptable. We were told to call and speak to the GM if this continues and he will take care of us personally. Well, today, I unfortunately had to put that to the test. I called and spoke to the "GM" (could have been an employee acting as such) and told him that it was 50 mins and our food had not arrived. He then told me the driver was having car issues (not the first time) so I stated "It would have been a nice courtesy to call you customers and update us". He was completely non nonchalant about everything and acted as though it wasn't a problem. He then continued on saying "what do you want me to do about it or what are you asking for". That really did not sit well with me because you should NEVER ask a customer what they want. You, as the GM, should know what to do in that situation and offer a solution to appease the customer. I also want to add that I ordered the FRENCHIE for the first time and was BEYOND disappointed. It is NOT a Bugette at all. It is their regular sub bread that is super skinny. We have placed hundreds of orders and never had a problem. there is a little construction by our business and they are now refusing us delivery. The owner of the store was trying to deliver to us one day and would refuse to listen to my instructions on how to get to us. He said they would stop delivering to us unless we gave them directions on how to get to us. After work that day I printed off a map and drove to the store to give to them so they could find us easier. Thought this would solve the issue of not being able to find us. We placed a couple orders since and they delivered. Placed an order today and they called and said we are now outside their delivery range. Told the nice lady on the phone the situation and she said the owner had wrote on the paper I gave them, that he asked for, that they will no longer deliver to us. The owner was very rude on the phone with the first issue and I find it hard to understand why you would refuse service to someone who went out of their way to make it easier for you to deliver to them.
