Missing sauces and cant follow order request. Anytime I order online from McDonalds on 5842 W Olive Ave, Glendale, AZ 85302 they forgot to put sauces which is stated on the order slip to put them in the bag which takes little to no effort to follow or do. At this point Im not sure if they are being trained to miss order notes but it is a common occurrence. They also never put the straws in the bag either or napkins. I just had an order with two drinks and they gave me one straw for two drinks! Its the little things that count and it goes to show there is no care or pride when it comes to ones work ethic when putting orders together and following request from this location. Ive also had problems with workers trying to put iced coffees bought as large into smaller cups as medium when the medium cup clearly states thats its for medium iced coffees so I have been shorted of my coffee and money time to time when a worker try's to give me wrong sized coffees as well as confronted about it they never fix the issue and believe that the wrong sized smaller cup is correct for a large iced coffee when again I ordered large not medium iced coffee and the large cup says for LARGE ICED coffees. Medium says for MEDIUM iced coffees and my receipt says LARGE iced coffee. Another issue is if I ask for apples for a happy meal they never give the apples just a small fry my child loves the fruit and it shouldnt be assumed to leave the apples out when again all it takes is to follow the orders notes saying APPLE SLiCES not small fry and they dont put the sauces in kids meals either when asked. Very disappointing that no care is put into things that are asked of and I usually am a regular with the iced coffees but Im not sure if I can continue being a valued customer as it seems you like to call people when there is no care or effort put into a simple order. Re train, do better. I know how it is to work at McDonalds and no care, no effort, and not following orders and request is far from valuing...

Decided to make a late night run for some grub on the night of August 6,2016. Just a few minutes before midnight. The young male taking orders for The drive thru was very rude. Asking me to repeat my order in a rude tone. So I repeated my order a second time. When I pulled up to the first window (was never told what window to pull up to, and being a fequent at this location. I know they close the first window around midnight on most nights. So I waited at the first window for appox. 3 minutes. Watch two men washing the dishes from the window and then both the men left the window area. So I thought maybe the first window was closed since it was so close to their usual closing time for the first window. So I pulled up to the second window. The young male running the first window. Decided he would finally go to his position and little did he know. My girlfriends sister was in the drive thru behind us. The male working the 1st window decided to complain about how rude of a customer we were, to my girlfriends sister. He acted all nice and tough to her threatening to refuse us service because he was not in his position doing his intended job when he had customers waiting. My girlfriends sister called him out on his complaining and drove off. I understand complaining about customers. Working at a customer service job, I know the struggle. But I would never complaing about other customers to other customers. That shows a complete lack of professionalism and character and shows just the type of employees this location wants on...
Read moreI have a love-hate relationship with this McDonald's, particularly. My little one loves this place, but I have to go in to make sure my order is right... Every time. *Pros.. The SWEET TEA is the Bomb diggity fresh.. Lol... All the time. *The workers are pretty cool. And, they're on it when something isn't right with your order. *They will make your fries fresh when you ask.
CONS... Be ready to wait.... and Wait.... AND WAIT.... THEY TAKE FOREVER! When your order is wrong... Prepare to WAIT SOME MORE... BUT, they finally will get it right. They make simple mistakes that could be avoided if they would just read the orders back to the customer 2 or 3 times. Yes... that might sound overwhelming at first. But, they Always get the order wrong. Somewhere between them putting it in the system and making the order... it gets mixed up. Workers need to repeat the order to the customer TWICE... JUST TO BE SURE. SOMETHING as simple as NO ONIONS, PICKLES, OR MUSTARD is the mistake made all the time. So I just can't say ... Only ketchup. I have to say... No MUSTARD, No ONIONS, No PICKLES. They need a better training system. So it's not the workers (Well, it's still the workers) But, it's their training system. It will save a lot of stress on both ends. The sad part is... 85% of the time, they have had to remake a simple cheeseburger with only ketchup. I'm not sure how you can get it wrong so much. But, it happens. McDonald's.... Change your training system and get it right. Or pay me, and I will show you how to...
