I like Van Bakery a lot. This place has been recommended by my sister who lives in Glendale, apparently this is one of the best Armenian bakery's in LA, so I have checked it many years ago. Now, whenever I travel to the US and I am in LA, I will drive there and get some stuff that I can't get in London. Once even the lady who works there offered me to take the cake and pay next time because her card machine was out of service. I told her that I am a tourists and she shouldn't do that. It's unacceptable to sell food in such a condition. This raises serious health and safety concerns, and I am considering reporting this to the food inspection authorities.
