Guitar Ninjas — Local services in Glendale

I've been bringing my kids to these music classes for almost four months now, and we’ve had such a positive experience. My children are 12 and 6, and it's not always easy to find an activity they both enjoy, but they absolutely love coming here. Lorenzo and Jake have been incredible with them. They're not only knowledgeable musicians, but also fantastic with kids. They create a welcoming, encouraging environment that helps my children feel comfortable trying something new, even when it’s challenging.

What really stands out is how patient and engaging both instructors are. They know how to adapt their teaching styles to different age groups and learning levels, and they make learning music fun. My kids leave every class feeling proud of what they’ve accomplished. While visiting family in California over the summer I was determined to keep my keeps busy . I was referred to Guitar Ninjas by my sister & had the best experience. I reached out and the owner Jason was so very accommodating. The school is centrally located in the heart of glendale with ample parking . The facility was clean, well lit with a charming waiting area for parents -very inviting . All around good vibes . My kids had 30 min lessons each ( drums and piano ) back to back and loved it . Instructor Lucas was great ! We returned a few days later for a second lesson with a different instructor and it was equally great. They are very much so looking forward to returning for drop in lessons every time we visit family...

I attended these lessons for a little over a year. I really feel like I hardly learned anything. I attended these lessons to learn guitar. The lessons last 30 mins. They teach you guitar by having you play popular songs.

However, again, the lessons only last 30 mins. Different chords and strings are mentioned during lessons, but you can't really take notes. They have a website with tutorials for each song, but at the end of the day it feels moreso like you're learning to play the "songs" rather than learning to play the guitar. I think if they made the lessons longer and included a theory course as well that would be substantial. But I really feel like I wasted a year of time and money here, and it's a really...
