BevMo! — Restaurant in Glendora

The Bevmo store in the city of glendora is the worst run and managed store . I went last November 2023 to buy a keg of hanger 24 orange wheat beer. They brought out a keg that expired in October or 2023. I refused it. And asked them to order a fresh one for me. Didn't hear back from them, went back in January of 2024 and asked for a keg of hanger 24 orange wheat, they brought out the same expired keg from Thier refrigerator. I brought it to Thier attention . They said they would return it and order a new one. I went back this past Monday 4/15/2024. They still had the same expired keg of Hanger 24 orange wheat from last year October 2023. I asked the manager to order me a fresh keg , they said it would be here on Friday 4/19/2024. I went to pick up the keg tonight and they never ordered it and they still had the same keg that expired in October of last year. Worst run and managed store . I will never shop Bevmo any longer and will make sure anyone I know will shop elsewhere. There is a Total wine store down the street from there with a great selection with knowledgeable employees that care about customer service. Take your...

This seems like a newer location, cleaner than most and seems new! The customer service was ok. As soon as I walked in, I asked the cashier for a specific drink; twisted tea light, there was no one around and he was very bad at directions- after some time I found it. It would’ve taken 2 mins to walk me to the aisle. Nonetheless, this particular location feels very cluttered and the deals terrible. Store is adding too much inventory, why would someone want to go Bevmo and purchase overpriced laundry detergent? They are known for drinks regular grocery stores don't carry!...

I'm disappointed again. It seems everytime I go to Bev-mo, they never have what I want. On several times (7) I have been trying to find Stella Rosa's smooth Black Berry Brandy- it seems they never have it- this stop I was looking for Stella Rosa Red Apple Wine - and again, they did not have it. I don't think I'm going to try them again. They are always very apologetic but without the items I am looking for. For a specialty store it doesn't seem like they stock much. I guess it depends on preference. I don't...
