Sam's Club — Restaurant in Glendora

I LOVE Sam's Club, I go there every Friday for all my shopping needs. The Pharmacy however is very unorganized and unprofessional. Twice in the past week I have had issues with them. Last week, my doctors office faxed over 2 prescriptions for me, as I have been in agonizing pain in my left shoulder. I drove down there after calling first to confirm they received the prescription, just to be told after waiting in a long line "we only received one and it is not in stock". I then called my doctor when I got home, who call THEM back, only to be told "oh it was here, we didn't see it". I then drove back the next day and thankfully received both after again calling to confirm they received the information. This week, my doctor faxed in the same prescription TWICE, I called them both times and they claimed they did not receive it either time. I then gave them the number to the doctors office and was told it would be ready in about 45 min. I arrive there about an hour later, wait in yet another line, to be told "we called your doctors office twice they don't answer the phone so we don't have anything for you". Seriously?? I called my doctor back again, to find they left 1 voice mail. They did not even attempt to speak to a live person. My doctor had 2 confirmations of the faxes they sent over as well. I will never use this pharmacy again. I have calcium deposits in my shoulder and am in a LOT of pain. It hurts to drive, it hurts just to breathe. While I am healing it would be nice to be able to rely on a pharmacy to do their job and provide a service for their customers. I have since transferred my prescription elsewhere and will never, ever use this Sam's Club...

Bad customer service . shopping at sams club glendora Very bad customer service un respectfully for customers i did complaint today to 1888 number about the cashier his name frank and his manager 1/10/25 . 4 pm I was there some one pushed me back and toke my turn at the lane respectfully i told the cashier his name frank this guy pushed me back its my turn please check the camera system he not listened to me. i called his manager for help the (lady was witness in front of me she was explained to him she said this man was behind me and other guy pushed him back . he and the cashier said stop talking nothing we can do she was angry and i was angry too surprised about why you not wanna listen to us what wrong we did also we said its not right how your treat us like that he was very rude to the lady and me he kicked her out for no reason she was mad and they said stop dont talk any more why ? because we said the true ?? We were treated in a racist manner. And they said go out we done and isaid idont wanna come back he said we dont care about your bussiness isaid i wanna report you when i tried to read the name on the id tag they start to laughing and said get close to read the tag its ok and the cashier make a fun of us and talking to the customer about us as (you cannot do nothing no one listen to you )costco way better .I thank full for this honorable...
